The Ag Consists Of Two Legally Non-Independent Organizational Units, The Germany Region With 12 Institutes, And The Central Administration With Locations In Munich And Berlin. Separate Invoices Are Required For The Two Units. The Devices Must Be Delivered, Commissioned, Operated (Maintenance Or Maintenance And Troubleshooting) And Taken Back At The End Of The Term. A Total Of 46 Devices Are Operated At 13 Locations In Germany. The Goethe-Institut Germany Has 12 Locations Including The Capital City Office, And The Central Administration Has An Additional Location In Munich. In Berlin, In Addition To The Germany Region, The Central Administration Is Also Represented With The Capital Office. Details About The Locations And Addresses Can Be Found In Appendix 5 - Locations Print Volume Performance Classes. All Devices At A Location Are Used By Multiple Users At A Location. Central Fleet Management Is Provided In The Cloud, Printing Is Carried Out Via The Contractors Cloud Printing. Basic Requirements For The Multifunctional Devices And Services: - Copy, Print, Scan To Network Drives And Cloud (Sharepoint And Onedrive) - A4 And A3 As Standard, Also A6 And A5 - Color And Black/White Printing - Consumption-Based Delivery Of Consumables , Such As Toner. - Authentication Via Smart Cards, Ad Identifiers/Password Optional Local Authorization. - Printing Via Cloud Printing - Fleet Management Via Cloud Application The Devices Are Divided Into Three Performance Classes; The Classification Into Performance Classes Was Based On Empirical Values Regarding The Average Monthly Click Rate Over The Last Two Years, The Required Printing Speed, Paper Provision And The Finishing Options. The Detailed Technical Requirements And The Description Of The Performance Classes Can Be Found In This Document And Are Explicitly Confirmed In Appendix 3 - Evaluation Matrix.
