Electric Buses – Purchase Of 36 Electric Buses With Charging Infrastructure. 1. The Subject Of This Order Is: 1) Delivery Of 36 Brand New Buses, I.E. Manufactured No Earlier Than 6 Months Or Less Before The Date Of Delivery And Not In Use, Low-Floor City Electric Buses (14 Single-Unit And 22 Articulated), One Brand, Having Documents Constituting The Basis For Vehicle Registration And Valid On The Date Of Delivery Of A Given Batch Of Vehicles, Meeting The Requirements Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 31 2002 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment (Consolidated Text, Journal Of Laws 2024, Item 502, As Amended) And Consistent With The Descriptions Of The Subject Of The Order Regarding The Parameters Of Buses, Specified In Annex No. 12A And No. 12B To Swz And With The Description Relating To On-Board Systems Specified In Annexes No. 12C And No. 12D To The Swz; 2) Delivery Of 18 Double-Station Plug-In Chargers With Connection To The Telemetry System, Along With Their Assembly, Commissioning And Acceptance Procedure By The Office Of Technical Inspection, In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Specified In Annex No. 12E To The Swz; 3) Training Of The Ordering Partys Employees By The Contractor In The Scope And According To The Principles Set Out In §2 Section 3 Of The Draft Contract (Appendix No. 11 To The Swz); 4) Providing Vehicle Operation And Repair Manuals, A Catalog Of Spare Parts For Vehicles, Specifications Of The Main Assemblies, Devices And Systems Of Buses, Specifications Of Software Supporting Devices Or Systems Of Operational Equipment Of Buses, Software With Licenses In An Amount Enabling The Free Use Of All Functionalities Of Buses, Incl. Form, Quantities And Dates Specified In §2 Section 4 Of The Draft Agreement (Appendix No. 11 To The Swz); 5) Submitting Together With The Chargers: Technical And Operational Documentation (Dtr)/Operating Manual Containing Information On: Operation, Maintenance, Possible Consumables, All Documents Required By The Office Of Technical Inspection For The Receipt Of The Charger, Ce Declaration Of Conformity - 1 Copy, Book/ Warranty Card - 1 Copy In Paper Version And 1 Copy In Electronic Version, In The Case Of An Invoice Issuer Who Is Not The Contractor - Declarations Of The Contractor Or Agreements With The Manufacturer, Confirming Cooperation In The Field Of Sales And Service Of The Manufacturers Products. 2. Detailed Descriptions Of The Subject Of The Order Are Included In Annexes No. 12A-12E To The Swz. 3. The Ordering Party Requires That The Share Of Products, Including Software Used In The Equipment Of Telecommunications Networks, Originating From European Union Member States, Countries With Which The European Union Has Concluded Agreements On Equal Treatment Of Entrepreneurs, Or Countries To Which, Pursuant To A Council Decision, The Provisions Of The Directive Apply 2014/25/Eu, Exceeded 50%. The Assessment Of Compliance With The Above Requirement Will Be Made On The Basis Of The Education Submitted By The Contractor
