According To Section 10 Of The North Rhine-Westphalia E-Government Act Of July 8, 2016, The States Users Are Required To Implement The Scanning Service For Paper Files Project In Compliance With The Tr-Resiscan Specifications. The Aim Of Replacing Scanning Is To Create The Conditions For Facilitating Electronic Communication With And Within Public Administration In Order To Be Able To Carry Out Communication And Processing Processes In Public Administration Largely Electronically And Without Media Disruption. For This Purpose, Paper Documents Should Be Digitized And Then Destroyed Or Transported Back. The Purpose Of Replacing Scanning Is To Compensate For, Minimize Or Make Visible The Reduction In The Evidentiary Value For The Respective User Associated With The Destruction Of The Original Paper Document By Making The Evidentiary Value Of The Scan Product Itself As Close As Possible To The Original. For This Reason, The Services To Be Provided By The Contractor Must At All Times Meet The Requirements Of The Bsis Tr-Resiscan In The Currently Applicable Version. The Aim Is To Have The Scanned Material In The Form Of Paper Files That Can Be Considered For Replacement Scanning Scanned By A Service Provider In A System Environment That Meets The Clients Requirements. The Services To Be Ordered On The Basis Of This Framework Agreement Within The Framework Of Individual Retrievals Include An Estimated Retrieval Volume Over The Term Of A Total Of 647 Million Sheets. (Estimated Quantity). The Maximum Retrieval Quantity Over The Term Is A Total Of 777 Million Sheets (Upper Limit).
