With This Invitation To Participate, The Tenderer Creates A Dynamic Procurement System (Hereinafter: Dbr), The Subject Of Which Is The Procurement Of Sewage Pumps. The Goods To Be Procured Are Typically, But Not Exclusively: - Procurement Of General And Grinding Sewage Sector Pumps And - (Smart) Sewage Pumps With Integrated Control - Cable (Of Different Fm Lengths, Different Cross-Sections) Only New (Not Yet Used/First Commissioned) Goods Can Be Delivered. Bidders Are Entitled To Enter Into A Contract Up To A Net Frame Amount Of Huf 50,000,000 Per Bid Requester, And This Quantity Can Only Be Determined By The Administrative Code. This Was Done In Order To Comply With The Provisions Of § 107, Paragraph (2), However, The Ak Does Not Undertake To Draw This Amount, As A Result Of The Bidding Stages, A Different Amount Of Goods May Be Procured. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Individually Determine The Quantity Of Sewage Pumps To Be Ordered During The Bidding Stages. The Detailed Conditions Are Defined In The Bidding Stages Of The Dynamic Procurement System By The Contracting Authority, Knowing The Specific Products To Be Procured. Based On Previous Experience, The Expected Maximum Size Of Each Delivery Volume Exceeds 27 Pumps. The Tenderer Sends The Invitation To Tender Via The Ekr To Those Candidates Who Have Been Qualified To Participate. The Tenderer Reserves The Right To Start Several Parallel Bidding Stages. In The Second, Bidding Phase Of The Procedure, The Tenderer Wishes To Set The Bid Deadline In Each Call For Bids At Least 5 Working Days. Applicants Must State In Their Participation Application That They Accept The Offer Deadline Of At Least 5 Working Days (Yes Or No). If All Applicants For Participation In The Dynamic Procurement System Answer Yes, Then The Kbt. An Agreement Pursuant To § 84, Paragraph (6) Shall Be Deemed To Have Been Reached And The Bidder Shall Be Entitled To Specify A Bid Deadline Of At Least 5 Working Days In All Invitations To Bid. In The Event Of A No Answer, The Bidder Shall Set A Bid Submission Deadline Of At Least 10 Calendar Days, With The Provision That The Bidder And Applicants May Agree On A Shorter Period During The Duration Of The Dbr. During Its Entire Duration, Any Economic Operator That Meets The Eligibility Criteria Defined By The Contracting Authority May Join The Dbr. During The Implementation Of The Dbr, The Tenderer Is The Kbt. On The Basis Of § 107, Paragraph (2), The Exact Technical Description And Contractual Conditions For The Specific Public Procurements To Be Implemented In The System (Actual Goods To Be Procured, Their Characteristics, Quantity) Shall Be Made Available To Those Who Submit A Valid Application For Participation In The Dbr At The Same Time As The Invitation To Tender Is Sent.
