In Principle, Capacity For Storing At Least 710 Euro Pallets Must Be Available In Stage 1. If The Scope Of Storage Is Expanded From Level 1 To Level 2, The Contractor Must, In Accordance With The Clients Written Instructions, Maintain Capacity To Store At Least 1,497 Euro Pallets Within A Grace Period Of 14 Calendar Days. By Maintaining Ppe, The Client Wants To Ensure The Availability Of Ppe In The Sense Of An Emergency Reserve In The Event Of Future Pandemics. So That The State Of Baden-Württemberg Always Has Immediate Access To Ppe In The Event Of A Pandemic, Ppe Should Be Physically Stocked In Cooperation With The University Hospitals Of The State Of Baden-Württemberg. Through Cooperation With The University Hospitals In The State Of Baden-Württemberg, A Rolling System Is Being Created To Prevent The Deterioration Of Stored Ppe As Much As Possible. To This End, The University Hospitals Will Generally Cover Their Ppe Needs From The Physical Emergency Reserve. The Cooperation Partners Are Obliged To Replace The Ppe They Have Taken From The Emergency Reserve. To Do This, They Will Replace The Ppe They Have Removed With Equivalent Products Within 21 Calendar Days At Their Own Expense And Deliver It To The Emergency Reserve Warehouse. This Ensures That The Respective Minimum Stock Quantity Is In Stock At All Times.
