Stripping Out Dry Lining And Installing New Thermal Upgrade Dry-Lining And Services And Finishes Upgrade Throughout The Main 3-Storey 1932 Block, Including Stripping And Re-Roofing The Slate Roof (1,505M²-B03) Construction Of New Lift And Stairs At Knuckle Between B14 And B03 3. Conservation And Upgrade Works Including Stripping And Re-Roofing The Slate Roof To The 1870S Chapel (115M²-Bo2) 4. Removal Of Roof Finishes And Outer Leaf From 2007-Built Sports Hall (B15-1,073M²), Infill Of Double Height Entrance Area Floor, Insertion Of Additional Structure To Create A New Roof, Removal Of Concrete Beams, Replacement And New Glazing, New Finishes And Linked Interface With New Build 2-Storey Link And Gp Room. Protected Structure: Part Of The Site Is In The Curtilage Of The Ursuline Convent And Chapel, A Protected Structure (Rps No.43). The Convent Elements Is In The Ownership Of Others, And Is Subject To Redevelopment Under Grant Of Planning Permission( Sligo Co. Reference 19183) For Re-Purposing As Residential Apartments. The New College Campus Will Have Separate Staff Vehicular Entrance - On The North. A Student Vehicular Drop-Off/Set Down Improved At The Existing Finisklin Road And New Hard Surface Play Areas, Landscaping, Roads And Run Off Surfaces And Ancillary Services Where Necessary.
