Landscaping Work – Lhv - Landschaftstreppe West. Essentially The Following Work Has To Be Carried Out: Work On, Demolish And Clear Approx. 19,000 M2 Of Total Area (Mostly Unpaved Areas). Clearing Work: Mowing And Clearing Around 4,500 M2 Of Wild Grass And Herb Growth And Clearing Around 5,300 M2 Of Bushes And Occasional Trees (Clearance On A Large Scale Or Selectively). Earthworks: Removing And Applying Approx. 11,000 M3 Of Soil, Leveling The Terrain, Remodeling It And Disposing Of Approx. 7,000 Tonnes Of Excavated Earth As Well As Supplying And Applying Approx. 2,100 M3 Of Topsoil. Trenches For Empty Cable Pipes: Approx. 950 M Cable Trenches With Empty Pipes For Outdoor Lighting Etc. And Wastewater Pipes: Approx. 170 M Pipe Trenches With Wastewater Pipes And Inlets, Gutters For Terrain And Street Drainage. Ditches: 1 Water Pump For Childrens Playground And Approx. 90M Drinking Water Pipe. Retaining Walls: Approx. 100 M Of Angle Retaining Walls, Height Up To 0.5 M As Seating Steps, Approx. 110 M Of Prefabricated Concrete Seat Walls As Well As Approx. 35 M Of New Dry Stone Walls And Approx. 100 M Of Existing Dry Stone Walls. Removal And Reinstallation. Viewing Plateau: 1 Wooden Viewing Platform (Approx. 40M²) With Steel Substructure And Concrete Ring As A Roof, Foundation With Micro-Injection Piles. Paving And Asphalt Work: Approx. 1,700 M2 Of Asphalt Paving For Park Paths, Approx. 510 M2 Of Concrete Paving For Access Roads, Approx. 590 M2 Of Natural Stone Paving For Park Paths And Areas And Approx. 560 M2 Of Gravel Lawn. Sports And Leisure Facilities: Approx. 800 M2 Of Playground And Sports Field Areas With Seamless Plastic Surfaces And Approx. 20 M Of Ball-Stopping Fence. Playgrounds And Play Equipment: Approx. 1,000 M2 Of Unbound Fall Protection Area (Chopped Branches, Play Sand) As Well As Various Sports And Play Facilities. Other Installations In Outdoor Areas: Approx. 90 M Of Block Steps For Several Staircases, Approx. 20 M2 Of Wooden Plateau For Toddlers Play, Approx. 160 M Of Fencing H=1.80 M As Well As Various Benches And Other Installations For Parks. Vegetation Work: Approx. 10,500 M2 Of Lawn And Meadow Sowing, Approx. 60 Tree Plantings And Approx. 130 Shrub Plantings Including Completion And Development Care (4 Years)
