The Tender Includes The Delivery And Operation Of A Location Guidance System (As A Service) To The Bornholm Regional Municipality. The Content Of The Contract Includes The Following Main Elements: Implementation Of The Location Guidance System, Initial Training, Operation And Maintenance, Help Desk And Support. A Standard Solution Based On The Municipalitys Needs Is Desired. The Location Guidance System Must Be A Overall User-Friendly Solution For The Municipalitys Employees, Including Case Managers, Managers And Institutions And With An Associated Self-Service Solution For The Parents. The System Must Be Able To Handle The Daily Management And Overview Within Day Care For Children In The Age Group 0-18 Years As Well As Forward-Looking And Periodic Tasks, Such As A. Statistics And Calculations Of Occupancy. Important Functions In The System Include Searching, Offers, Registrations And Cancellations. Other Essential Functions In The Solution Include Financial Subsidy For Free Space And Sibling Subsidy, Subsidy For Private Institutions And Private Childcare As Well As Automatic Charging And Management Of Occupancy In The Day Care Services. It Is Important For The Municipality That The Solution Has A Large Degree Of Automated Functions And Processes. The Solution Must Be Document-Bearing And It Must Be Possible To Journalize Its Own Produced And Imported Documents In The Solution. The Municipality Has An Option To Extend The Contract For 2 X 12 Months. If The Option Is Not Used, The Contract Expires Automatically On The Expiry Date. It Is Important For The Ordering Party That A User Test Is Carried Out In Connection With The Evaluation. By Live Demo System Is Meant A Version Of The Parking Guidance System Offered By The Tenderer Set Up And Configured With Data Such That The User Test Group Has The Opportunity To Test The Test Cases Prepared By The Municipality (Attached In The Tender Material). The Live Demo System Must Be Set Up In Such A Way That There Is No Integration Or Communication Out/In The System, E.G. For Data Transfers Or Letters To Parents. As The Ordering Party Does Not Want To Contribute To A Breach Of The Gdpr, There Must Be No Possibility Of Accessing Real Personal Data In The System. The Ordering Party Video-Documents The User Test In Order To Document That The Tested Functionality Corresponds To The Functionality That Is Delivered When The Contract Is Concluded.
