Engineering Services – New Construction Of Ist Test Hall - Specialist Planning, Structural Planning. Development Concept: As Part Of A Feasibility Study In 2010, The Maximum Structural Expansion On The Am Ohrberg Property Was Examined Under Building Law. With The Completion Of The Iss Research Hall (620 M² Usable Area / 5.00 M Height), The First Expansion Stage Was Realized. Due To Increased Research Tasks, The Existing Research Infrastructure Is To Be Expanded In Order To Be Able To Increase Research And Development In The Two Areas Of Efficient Heat Pumps And Sustainable Photovoltaic Modules In The Future. The R&D Topics Both Serve To Integrate Solar System Technology Into The Existing Energy Supply System. Therefore, The Abbreviation Ist Is Used For The New Research Building. As Part Of The Ist Project, Another Independent And Partly Two-Story Hall Building With Around 2000 M2 Of Gross Usable Area In A Combination Of Reinforced Concrete And System Construction Is To Be Built On The Isfh Site, Which Will Include The Construction Of A Technical Center For Research And Development On Heat Pumps (Hp) As Well As The Research Into Manufacturing Processes And The Measurement Of Innovative, Individual And Sustainable Photovoltaic (Pv) Products. To This End, As Part Of The Construction Project Planned Here, A Second Research Building Is To Be Built On The Western Construction Carpet Next To The Existing Hall (Iss), Which Was Built In 2013 To Investigate The Interaction Of Solar And Non-Solar Components In The System. However, The Above-Mentioned Semi-Detached House (Test Houses) Stands On The Intended Building Site. Due To The Building Regulations (Construction Carpet Must Not Be Exceeded), This Existing Building With 500 M² Of Usable Space Must Be Dismantled And Disposed Of As Part Of The Planned New Building In Order To Create The Necessary Space For A New Research Hall (Ist). The Planning Should Take The Greatest Possible Consideration Of The Available Construction Material So That A Later Expansion Can Be Realized. The Planning Freedom Is Also Influenced By The Fact That The Building Site In The Northern Area Rises Sharply On The Slope And In The South Borders On A Residential Development With Some High Plant Growth (Shading). The New Building Should Be Accessed From The Area Of The Upstream Turning Hammer. The New Research Hall (Ist) Is To Be Connected To The Existing Research Hall (Iss) In Terms Of Supply Technology In Order To Realize The Greatest Possible Synergies Between The Existing Buildings And The New Building. The Following Centrally Generated Media Are Provided At The Turning Hammer Or At The Iss: Heating Water, Cold Water, Geothermal Water (11°C, For Energy-Efficient Preheating Of The Intake Air Of The Ventilation System In Winter And For Precooling In Summer), Nitrogen And Compressed Air. From The Entrance Area Of The New Research Hall You Can Reach The Single-Story Laboratory Area For Modular Technology On The Slope Side. In This Part There Is Space For The Expansion Of The Isfh Technical Center For Production And V
