For This Project, We Are Asking For Your Bid For Site Services In Accordance With This Request For Bids And Its Attachments. The Project Will Be Implemented Using An Open Procedure In Accordance With The Procurement Act 1398/2016. Sweco Finland Oy (Later Sweco), Which Belongs To The Swedish Sweco Group, Is An Internationally Operating Technical Expert Company That Offers High-Level And Professional Consulting Services In Finland And Abroad. Sweco Acts As An Epcm Consultant In The Implementation Of The Project. The Procurement Is Carried Out By Sweco, But The Orders Are Finally Signed By The Customer. Scope Of Delivery: The Tender Includes The Site Services Related To The Implementation Of The Electric Boiler Plant And The Transformer Bunker In The Scope Presented In The Tender And Its Appendices. The Scope Of Delivery And The Necessary Documents Are Described In More Detail In The Description. Later, The Term Delivery Is Used. The Contract Offer Must Be Based On This Request For Tender Letter And The Documents Mentioned In Its List Of Attachments, As Well As Any Additional Letters From The Request For Tender Phase, In Which The Customer Specifies The Information Already Provided Or Distributes Additional Material To Support The Tender Calculation. The Tender Documents Have Been Delivered To The Tenderers In Electronic Form. The Tenderer Is Obliged To Check The Tender Documents Submitted By The Customer, As Well As To Report Any Errors, Inconsistencies And Deficiencies That He Finds. The Announcement Must Be Made Already During The Calculation Of Offers. The Contractor Must Familiarize Himself With The Site And The Conditions Of The Construction Site Before Submitting A Bid. All Equipment And Components Offered Must Be Ce Marked. The Delivery Must Also Comply With Applicable Laws And Regulations In The Destination Country. The Contract Is A Separate Subcontract. Turku Energia Oys (Client/Builder) Construction Consultant Sweco Finland Oy Acts As The Main Executor Of The Project And Appoints The Responsible Foreman According To Vna 41/2014. The Contract Is Executed As A Unit-Priced Contract, So That The Charge Is Monthly. The Language Of The Project Is Finnish/English, The Documentation Must Be Delivered In Finnish, Including Operating And Maintenance Instructions. At Least The Installation Supervisor Must Be A Native Speaker Of Finnish And One Finnish-Speaking Person Must Be On Site At All Times.
