No. 706 2 Dismentaling of plaster from Internal surface of the wall of building.S.I. No. 706 3 12 mm thick plaster with cement and approved course sand in proportion 1:3 over brick work minimum thickness not to be less than 1 cm including supply of all materials labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work SI.No. 583 4 Dismantling brick work or stone work in lime or cement motar including stacking of material as directed by the engineer in charge with in a distance of 60 meter (200 feet) S.I. No. 692 chp. 17 5 M-150 brick work in 1:3 (one cement and three coarse sand of 1.25 F.M. mortar) foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour & T&P required for proper completion of work & also including labour cess, Royalty etc complete. excluding GST. 6 Dismentaling of Doors and windows including chaukhat.S.I. No. 703 7 Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames wrought framed and fixed in postion hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length (hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separetly) S.I. No. 9.4.1 8 Providing and fixing panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows including ISI marked steel but hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws excluding panelling which will be paid for separetely all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.S.I. No. 9.16.2.1 9 Providing wall putty on new surface with approved quality material of Berger/JK/Birla or similar make 2 coats S.I. No. 12 page 42 10 Finishing wall with two coat of water proof cement paint weather coat of approved quality on previously new surcae with this paint to gave even shade including suply of all material labour tools and plants etc required for proper completion of the work & same as above but over previously painted surface weather coat S.I. No. 8+10 page 42 11 Providing cement primer on old/new surface with approval quality material of berger/J.K./ Birla or similar make 2 coats. S.I. chap. 42 item no. 11 12 Painting two coat over priming coat (but excluding cost of priming coat) on previously painted old surface with paint of wood or steal and other metal surface with superior synthetic enamel paint of standard make brushing to give an even shade and finished and including cleaning the surface all dirt dust and other foreign meter sand papering and stripping including cost meter and scoured with wire brushes fine steel/wood scrappers sand papering and knotting including coat of all and supply of all material Labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work & (New item no. 2+3(I)) page no. 41 13 Supply and fixing 6mm thick china glazed tiles of grade-first quality in flooring or in skirting or dado laid with 1:3 cement and approved coarse sand mortar finished with white cement slurry jointing and polishing complete including supply of all materials labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. DSR No. 17.2.1 19 Providing and fixing of CP brass long body bibcock S.I. No. 18.51.1 20 Providing & fixing CP brass Angle valve S.I. No. 18.53.1 21 Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene waterstorage tank, IS : 12701 marked, with cover and suitable lockingarrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflowpipes but without fittings and the base support for tank.DSR 18.48 22 Disposal of scrapped material upto 5 km. lead.
