1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Comprehensive Services For Maintaining Cleanliness And Order Inside The Aquapark Wągrowiec Facility At Ul. Kościuszki 49 A, 62-100 Wągrowiec.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And A List Of Rooms To Be Cleaned Are Included In Annex No. 9 To Swz.3. When Implementing The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Use Professional Machines And Devices (In Accordance With The List In Annex 8 To The Swz).4. In Order To Maintain The Standard Of Service Required For Water Park Facilities, The Contractor Will Use Biodegradable Chemicals, The List Of Which And Safety Data Sheets Will Be Attached To The Offer By The Contractor.5. Persons Performing The Activities Required By The Subject Of The Order Must Wear Identical Clothes (Polo Or T-Shirt - Color To Be Agreed), With The Inscription Service In A Place Visible To Aquapark Customers.6. Detailed Requirements Regarding The Implementation And Enforcement Of The Employment Requirement Based On An Employment Relationship Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement (Annex No. 10 To The Swz).7. The Ordering Party Requires That Persons Performing Cleaning Activities In The Vicinity Of Swimming Pool Basins Observe At Least The Following Safety Rules: A) Before Entering The Swimming Pool Hall, A Safety Vest Must Be Put On. B) The Vest Should Be Put On In Accordance With Its User Manual. C) The Vest Should Be Adjusted To The Height And Users Weight.D) Work In The Immediate Vicinity Of Swimming Pool Basins Should Only Be Performed In The Presence Of Another Person, Also Equipped With A Life Jacket.E) Persons Performing Work In The Vicinity Of Swimming Pool Basins Must Be Trained In The Use Of Basic Rescue Equipment Located In The Swimming Pool Hall.F) In During The Work, Water Attractions Devices Should Be Turned Off.G) Water Attractions Devices In The Hall Should Be Secured Against The Possibility Of Accidental Switching On During The Work.H) The Interior Of The Hall Should Be Sufficiently Lit.I) People Working Inside The Hall Should Be In Constant Contact Visual And Vocal.J) In The Event Of An Accident, First Rescue And Pre-Medical Aid Is Provided By The Belay Person.K) Persons Performing Work Inside The Hall Should Be Able To Immediately Notify Other People Or Services That Can Immediately Provide Help If Necessary.L) About Any Accidents The Swimming Pool Management Should Be Notified Immediately.8. Before Submitting The Offer, The Ordering Party Recommends Making A Local Visit To The Facility Where The Service Will Be Performed.
