1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Expansion And Reconstruction Of The Class D Municipal Road No. 120660C Ul. Sikorskiego With A Length Of Approximately 200 M Between The Intersections With The Provincial Road No. 534 Ul. Kościuszki And The District Road Ul. Mleczarska. Due To The Location Of Some Road Elements On Fragments Of 3 Plots That Do Not Constitute A Road (1 Belonging To The Ordering Party, 2 To Third Parties), It Is Necessary To Envisage Widening The Road To The Necessary Extent In Accordance With The Procedure Provided For In The Act Of April 10, 2003 On Special Rules For The Preparation And Implementation Of Investments In The Field Of Public Roads (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 311, As Amended). The Planned Investment Area Includes A Plot Of The Existing Road No. 1411 And, To The Extent Necessary, Parts Of 3 Plots Adjacent To The Road (No. 231/2, 231/1, 230).2) Existing Condition: Municipal Road Class D, Single Carriageway, Width 6, 0÷6.50 M With Two Traffic Lanes With A Mineral And Asphalt Surface, With A One-Sided Sidewalk With A Concrete Paving Stone Surface. In The Road And In The Area Planned For Its Widening There Are Telecommunications, Electricity, Gas, Sanitary, Water And Rainwater Network Installations (In Sections). Land Development: In The Vicinity Of The Road There Are Multi-Family And Single-Family Residential Buildings, And In The Area Of ​​The Intersection With The District Road - Industrial Buildings. 3) The Expected Scope Of The Study Includes The Design Of, Among Others: A) Strengthening/Replacement Of The Existing Surface Made Of Mineral And Asphalt Mixtures With The Replacement Of Road Curb Frames, B) Reconstruction Of The Existing Sidewalk Made Of Concrete Paving Stones With Reconstruction Of Property Exits, C) Expansion And Reconstruction Of The Existing Storm Sewage System. 4) Pursuant To Art. 39 Section 6Ba Point 4 Of The Act Of March 21, 1985 On Public Roads (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 320, As Amended), The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Construction Of A Service Channel. 5) The Area Of ​​The Planned Investment: A) Is Not Covered By The Currently Applicable Local Development Plan, B) Does Not Encroach On Areas Of Direct Flood Risk, C) Is Not Subject To Protection Under The Provisions On Environmental Protection Or Nature Conservation, And In The Immediate Vicinity There Are No Objects Or Areas Protected Under These Regulations, D) Is Not Entered In The Register Of Monuments And There Are No Archaeological Sites Within It. 6) Requirements For The Contractor Regarding The Preparation Of The Documentation In Question: A) Design Work Must Include A Complete Set Of Activities And Related Costs, Including With Fees Charged By Offices And Institutions For The Arrangements For Design Work, And Fees Related To Obtaining Technical Conditions For The Reconstruction Of Existing Utilities, Obtaining Maps And Geodet
