3. Description Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) The Assortment And Price Form (Appendix No. 1A To Swz) Contains The Estimated Number Of Articles Based On Last Years Order. The Given Quantities May Change During The Order Execution By +/- 20% Depending On The Customers Needs. Settlement Will Be Based On The Quantities Actually Delivered. 2) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Number Of Ordered Items Within The Given Assortment. 3) The Contractor Is Responsible For The Quality Of The Delivered Products. Products Must Have At Least 12-Month Validity Period From The Date Of Delivery To The Ordering Party, Must Be Factory-Sealed, Closed And Packed In Such A Way That Guarantees Proper Sanitary Conditions During Transport, Delivery And Storage In The Warehouse. 4) The Costs Of Transport And Securing The Goods For The Duration Of Transport Are Borne By The Contractor, And The Ordering Party Will Ensure Receipt Of The Goods At Its Headquarters On The Dates Agreed By The Parties. 5) The Contractor Is Responsible For The Loss Or Damage Of The Transported Products Until They Are Collected By An Authorized Representative Of The Ordering Party. 6) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Complain About The Inadequate Quality Of The Delivered Products (Mechanical Damage, Short Shelf Life, Etc.) Within 3 Days From The Date Of Receipt Defective Goods, And The Contractor Is Obliged To Replace The Goods Of Inadequate Quality Within 3 Days Of Receiving The Complaint. 4.
