The Subject Of The Order Is Maintenance And Keeping Order On The Sports Fields, Repair Of Outdoor Gym Equipment, Maintenance And Repair Of Equipment On Playgrounds For Children And Teenagers Located In Parks And Squares In The Ochota District. A Detailed Description, Scope And Frequency Of Work, Along With The Quality Requirements Relating To The Subject Of The Order, Are Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Instructions For The Maintenance Of Polyurethane Surfaces And Lighting Maintenance, The Bid Cost Estimate In Columns 2, 5 And 6, As Well As In The Documents Entitled Functional Inspection Card And Periodic Inspections, Which Are Used To Control The Quality Of Work Performed And Assess The Condition Of Maintained Objects. All Of The Above The Documents Constitute Annexes To The Swz Or Draft Provisions Of The Contract.
