The Subject Of The Order Is To Provide Homeless People With Temporary, 24-Hour Shelter In A Shelter For Homeless People With Care Services And To Provide The Necessary Social Conditions. The Ordering Party Estimates That Shelter Will Be Provided To Approximately 9 Homeless People, Women And Men. We Reserve The Right To Change The Number Of People Depending On Actual Needs, After Prior Arrangements With The Contractor. The Facility: 1) Will Provide Homeless People With Temporary Shelter Along With Care Services And Services Aimed At Strengthening Social Activity, If Possible, Ending Homelessness And Gaining Independence In Life 2) Must Meet The Requirements Of Art. 48A Of The Act Of March 12, 2004 On Social Assistance And Annex No. 3 To The Regulation Of The Ministry Of Labor And Social Policy Of April 27, 2018 On Minimum Standards For Night Shelters, Shelters For Homeless People, Shelters For Homeless People With Care Services And Heating Rooms. The Contractor Will Provide, Among Others: The Possibility Of Staying In The Shelter 24 Hours A Day, Including A Place To Sleep (A Bed With A Mattress And A Set Of Bedding: A Pillow, Duvet, Blanket, Duvet Cover And Sheet) In A Heated Room Whose Temperature Is Not Lower Than 20 Oc; Full Board: Breakfast, Lunch And Dinner, As Well As Access To A Kitchenette Allowing You To Prepare A Meal And A Hot Drink Yourself; Possibility Of Eating A Meal In The Living Room And, If Necessary, Feeding; Replacement Of Clothing And The Possibility Of Disinfection And Disinfestation Of Clothing If It Is Not Possible To Replace It; Possibility Of Washing And Drying Clothes; Basic Cleaning And Personal Hygiene Products; Permanent Access To A Toilet And Bathroom With Hot And Cold Water, And, If Necessary, Assistance In Washing, Bathing And Dressing; Basic Over-The-Counter Medicines And Dressings; Assistance In Using Health Services, Including Access To A General Practitioner; Conducting Social Work Aimed At Helping In Dealing With Basic Life Matters, Including Assistance In Dealing With Official Matters (E.G. Obtaining An Id Card, Registering At The Labor Office, Registering For Health Insurance, Determining The Degree Of Disability), Developing/Strengthening Activity And Independence Homeless People, Restoring Life In Society And Making These People Independent; Activation Services Aimed At Strengthening Social Activity (E.G. Through Training In The Ability To Independently Fulfill Social Roles, Training In Interpersonal Skills And Problem-Solving Skills, Participation In Support Groups); Hygiene Care; Providing Care Services Consisting In Providing People Who Require Partial Assistance With Everyday Activities, E.G. Dressing, Eating, Assistance With Administering Medications, Assistance With Toileting - Services. Provided In A Separate Room Or Room If The Bed Is Separated By A Curtain; Transport In Hours 8-16 Persons Directed From Their Place Of Stay To The Shelter And From The Shelter To The Place Indicated By The Ordering P
