The Subject Of The Order Is The Emptying Of Street Bins From Waste With The Codes: - 20 03 01 (Unsegregated, Mixed Municipal Waste) And From Segregated Waste With The Codes: - 15 01 01 (Paper And Cardboard Packaging), - 15 01 07 (Glass Packaging) - 15 01 02, 15 01 04 (Plastic Packaging And Metal Packaging) In An Estimated Amount Of Approx. 60 Mg, Placed In Accordance With Annex No. 4 To Swz.2.1 When Emptying Waste Bins And Dog Excrement Bins, Replaceable Bags Should Be Used With Appropriate Capacity Referred To In Annex No. 4 To The Swz.2.2 Bins Will Be Emptied In Accordance With Annex No. 4 To The Swz. The Basic Schedule Is Valid In The Following Months: January, February, March, October, November, December. The Extended Schedule Is Valid In The Following Months: April, May, June, July, August, September.2.3 All Bins Will Be Emptied By 1100.2.4 The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Works In Accordance With The Agreed Schedule (Appendix No. 4 To Swz), With 24,728 Emptyings. This Quantity May Be Reduced By No More Than 5% Due To The Need To Liquidate The Bins In A Given Location, E.G. As A Result Of Theft Or Devastation.2.5 The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Order Additional Emptying By Telephone Or E-Mail, Apart From Those Resulting From The Schedule, In A Maximum Quantity Of 2,500. The Actual Quantity Of These Emptying Will Depend On The Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Reserves That Additional Emptying Will Not Be Ordered In December. The Ordering Party Points Out That During The Execution Of The Order It May Turn Out That There Will Be No Need To Carry Out Additional Removals.2.6 In Each Monthly Settlement, The Contractor Will Specify The Number Of Emptyings Carried Out In Accordance With The Schedule And The Number Of Emptyings Carried Out As Part Of Additional Removals.2.7 The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Request Contractors To Empty Bins Also On Public Holidays, Including Sundays And Holidays. Required Response Time Is 3 Hours For A Notification Made At From 800 - 1600.2.8 The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Place Additional Baskets In New Locations During The Term Of The Contract (The Expected Number Is A Maximum Of 40 Baskets During The Term Of The Contract). It Will Not Be The Contractors Responsibility To Place The Bins, But Only To Empty Them At The Frequency Indicated By The Ordering Party (The Estimated Number Of Emptyings Was Included In The Additional Emptying).2.9 Emptying The Bin Should Be Understood As: Removing Waste From The Inside Of The Bin And From The Area Around The Bin, I.E.
