1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Office Supplies For Pfron For A Period Of 12 Months.2. Terms Of Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order: A. Deliveries Will Take Place On Business Days Of The Ordering Party, I.E. From Monday To Friday From 8:00 A.M. To 3:00 P.M., Excluding Public Holidays In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland; B. Deliveries Will Be Made Successively Within 5 Business Days From The Day Following The Date Of Placing The Order; C. Deliveries Will Be Made Via Access To The Electronic Ordering System Or After Placing An Order By Telephone Or E-Mail; D. The Contractor Himself Will Deliver, Unload, Carry And Place The Ordered Articles At The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For Deliveries Of The So-Called Pallet Trucks; E. The Contractor Is Obliged To Issue Acceptance Documents For The Delivered Articles. Above The Document Must Be Signed By An Employee Of The Ordering Party;F. If, Upon Receipt Of The Delivery, The Ordering Party Finds Quantitative Or Qualitative Discrepancies, Damage Or Destruction Of Packaging Or Contents Of The Delivered Articles Specified In The Order, The Ordering Party Has The Right To Return The Non-Conforming Or Damaged Articles At The Expense Of The Contractor. Complaints Will Be Processed Via Access To The Electronic Ordering System Or By Telephone Or E-Mail. In Such A Case, The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver, At His Own Expense, The Articles Consistent With The Ordering Partys Order Within 5 Business Days Of Receiving The Notification; G. The Ordering Party Expects Approximately 80 Deliveries Per Month In Total For All Locations Listed In Annex 3 To The Agreement And Guarantees That The Value Of Individual Orders Will Not Be Lower Than Pln 300.00 Gross;H. The Quantities Of Office Supplies Listed In Annex 2 To The Agreement Are Estimated Quantities And May Change (Increase Or Decrease) During The Implementation Of The Agreement. In Such A Case, Deliveries Will Be Made By The Contractor According To The Prices Specified In The Price Form And Within The Amount Specified In Paragraph 4. 1 Of The Agreement. At The Same Time, The Ordering Party Guarantees The Implementation Of At Least 80% Of The Gross Value Of The Agreement; I. The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For Prepayments For Placed Orders;J. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Withdraw Up To 20% Of The Gross Value Of The Agreement Depending On Actual Needs. The Ordering Partys Decision To Activate The Option Will Depend In Particular On The Ordering Partys Actual Needs, The Level Of Contract Performance Guaranteed By The Contractor, As Well As The Ordering Partys Funds To Finance The Option. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Use The Option After Using 80% Of The Agreement Value. The Option May Be Used By Placing Subsequent Orders For Execution By The Ordering Party (Without Additional Consent).
