The Subject Of The Order Is To Provide The Service Of Running A Guarded Parking Lot For Parking Vehicles Removed From The City Of Jaworzno On A Continuous Basis (24 Hours A Day On Working Days, Saturdays, Sundays And Holidays) And Maintaining 24-Hour Readiness To Accept Vehicles Removed On The Basis Of Art. 50A And 130A Of The Road Traffic Law, Excluding Vehicles Carrying Hazardous Materials.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 3. As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Transport The Ordering Partys Vehicles Removed From The Road In Accordance With Art. 50A And 130A Currently Located In The Parking Lot At Ul. Abstorskich 216 In Jaworzno Before The Vehicles Were Supervised (As Of December 31, 2024, I.E. Approx. 40 Vehicles With A Gvw Of Up To 3.5 T), For The Parking Lot Indicated In The Offer Form In Point 4 According To Annex No. 3 To The Swz) *, * In The Event Of A Change In The Location Of The Parking Lot.2) In The Case Referred To In Point 1) Having The Right To Provide The Service In Question, Having Access To Means Of Transport And Having Civil Liability Insurance In The Field Of Business Activity For The Duration Of Transport, In Particular For Loss Or Damage To Vehicles. 3) 24-Hour Reception Of Vehicles Towed In Accordance With Art. 50A And 130A Of The Road Traffic Law And Securing Vehicles Against Secondary Damage (Deformations), As Well As Preventing Third Parties From Accessing Secured Vehicles, Except For Enabling The Necessary Inspection By An Authorized Car Appraiser, 4) Issuing And Handing Over The Vehicle To Authorized Entities, 5) Keeping Records Of Accepted Vehicles For The Parking Lot 6) Providing Additional Services At The Request Of The Ordering Party, Consisting In Emergency Opening Of Vehicles 7) Having A Parking Lot That Meets The Conditions Below: A) The Parking Lot Must Be Located In The City Of Jaworzno Or At A Maximum Distance Of 10 Km From The Administrative Borders Of The City Of Jaworzno On A Public Road If The Distance From The Administrative Boundaries Of The City Of Jaworzno And The Parking Lot Indicated In The Offer Is More Than 10 Km On A Public Road, The Ordering Party Will Reject The Offer, In Accordance With Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5) Of The Public Procurement Law. If The Contractor Does Not Specify Or Incorrectly Determines The Distance Between The Ordering Partys Headquarters And The Parking Lot(S) Indicated In The Offer, The Ordering Party Will Enter The Correct Distance, Which Will Be Determined According To Google Maps, Poland. If The Contractor Does Not Indicate The Address Of The Parking Lot Where The Services Will Be Provided, The Ordering Party Will Reject The Offer As Inconsistent With The Content Of The Swz.
