5. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Disinfestation Services In Common Parts Of Buildings And/Or Residential Premises Owned By The Wrocław Commune, Consisting In The Elimination Of Insects From The Bedbug Family That Are Harmful For Sanitary Reasons, In Particular The Bedbug, 2) Disinfestation Services In Parts Common Buildings And/Or Residential Premises Owned By The Wrocław Commune, Consisting In Eliminating Harmful Insects Other Than Those Indicated In The Point Above For Sanitary Reasons, Including, Among Others: Cockroaches, Cockroaches, Cockroaches Or Other Insects Or Arthropods,3) Removal Of Insect Nests From The Properties Of The Wrocław Commune And From Trees And Shrubs Growing On The Properties Of The Wrocław Commune.6. The Ordering Party Specifies The Maximum Needs In The Following Amounts:• 480 Buildings And/Or Residential Premises In Which Disinfestation Of Insects From The Bed Bug Family Will Be Carried Out;• 120 Buildings And/Or Residential Premises In Which Disinfestation Of Other Insects Will Be Carried Out, Including: Incl. Cockroaches, Cockroaches, Cockroaches And Other Arthropods Harmful For Sanitary Reasons; • 20 Insect Nests To Be Removed.7. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Complete The Order In Its Entirety, I.E. To Exclude Some Buildings From The Disinfestation Service. The Total Value Of Changes Consisting In Reducing The Scope Of The Contract May Not Exceed 20% Of The Total Value Of The Order Specified In § 3 Section 1 Of The Contract. 8. Services Described In Section 6 Of This Paragraph Will Be Implemented By The Contractor Successively Depending On The Need To Complete Orders Submitted By The Ordering Party. The Scope Of A Single Order Is Decided By The Ordering Party. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Detailed Scope Of Obligations Of The Parties Are Determined By: Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Annex No. 6 To The Swz) And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Annex No. 4 To The Swz).
