5.1. The Subject Of The Order Are Deliveries. 5.2. Common Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv): 09135100-5 Fuel Oil. 5.3. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Unloading Of Light Fuel Oil To The Boiler Room Of The Primary School In Krzywin, Ul. Królewiecka 42. Deliveries Should Be Made By Road Tankers With Certified Flow Meters. The Oil Should Meet The Requirements Of The Pn-C-96024:2020-12 Standard For Grade L. The Supplied Fuel Oil Should Be Enriched With Additives With The Following Properties: Cleaning (Leaving Burner Nozzles Clean, Without Deposits), Anti-Corrosion, Preventing Water Separation At Low Temperatures And Clogging Of Filters, Lubrication, Anti-Oxidation Of Oil.5.4. The Total Maximum Amount Of Oil In A Calendar Year Is 32 M3 (4 Deliveries Of Approx. 8 M3 Are Expected). The Amount Of Oil 32 M3 Is The Estimated Order Quantity. Ordering A Smaller Amount Of Heating Oil During The Duration Of The Contract Does Not Entitle The Contractor To Demand The Completion Of The Entire Order Or Monetary Compensation For Parts Of The Order That Have Not Been Completed.5.5. The Subject Of The Order Includes Loading, Transport To The Destination And Unloading Of Oil. To Unload Fuel Oil, A Pump Is Needed At The Tanker Truck. Each Batch Of Fuel Oil Must Be Accompanied By A Certificate Of Fuel Oil Quality Issued By The Manufacturer.5.6. Oil Deliveries Will Be Made Successively During The Duration Of The Contract, Each Time At The Request Of The Ordering Party, Specifying The Quantity Of Delivery. The Volume Of Deliveries May Be Reduced Or Increased Depending On Needs.5.7. In Case Of Doubts As To The Quality Of The Fuel Oil, The Ordering Party Will Order Tests To Be Performed In An Authorized Laboratory. If Non-Compliance With Applicable Standards Is Found, The Costs Of Laboratory Testing Will Be Charged To The Contractor, Otherwise The Ordering Party.5.8. If It Is Found That The Fuel Oil Is Of Inappropriate Quality, The Ordering Party May, Depending On The Situation: - Demand A Reduction In The Price Of The Oil; - Return The Oil To The Contractor, Loading And Removal Within Three Days Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor, All Oil With Which The Poor Quality Oil Was Mixed Is Returned; - Demand Compensation From The Contractor For Losses, Additional Works, Downtime.
