The Subject Of The Order Is: Purchase And Delivery Of A Complete Non-Woven Fabric Winding Machine Compatible With The Backhus A38 Compost Turner, Serial Number 1411, Owned By The Ordering Party (Without Non-Woven Fabric Rolls), Along With Assembly And Commissioning.2. All Costs Of Executing The Order, In Particular Costs Incurred In Connection With The Production Or Purchase, Costs Of All Activities Necessary To Perform The Order, In Particular The Costs Of: Components Of The Reeling Machine, Modification Of The Turning Machine, Delivery Of The Reeling Machine To The Ordering Partys Headquarters, Provision Of Equipment Necessary For Assembly And Labor, As Well As Commissioning, Training Of The Ordering Partys Staff And The Costs Of Tests And Checks Carried Out During Acceptance At The Place Of Delivery Will Be Fully Borne By The Contractor As Part Of The Sales Price.3. The Contractor Must Offer At Least A 12-Month Warranty Period With The Possibility Of Applying A Limit Of At Least 500 Engine Hours For The Delivered Subject Of The Order, Counted From The Date Of Receipt Of The Order Covered By These Proceedings, And Must Undertake To Repair Any Faults And Defects Free Of Charge During The Warranty Period.
