The Subject Of The Order Is The Protection Of Persons And Property (Areas, Facilities, Equipment, Immovable And Movable Property) At Wosir Szelment Sp. Z O. O., At Szelment 2, 16-404 Jeleniewo In A Single-Shift System (12-Hour Night Shift), Carried Out In The Form Of Direct Security Physical From 8:00 P.M. To 8:00 A.M. On All Days Of The Week (Including Non-Working Days), Consisting Of Supervision And Ongoing Observation Of Facilities Using Electronic Monitoring Devices. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Provision Of Security Services For Persons And Property (Areas, Facilities, Equipment, Immovable And Movable Property In Szelment On Plots With Geodetic Numbers: 5/16, 5/17, 5/18, 14/11,14/ 13, 14/14, 14/17, 14/75, 14/76, 14/77, 14/78, 19/1, 19/3, 20/14, 42/3, 42/4, 42/5 Incl. With Structures And Buildings Erected On These Plots: A) Lower Station Building, Upper Station Building, Trafo Station, Pumping Station Building, B) Ski Lifts - 8 Pieces Along With Accompanying Devices And Buildings: Rope Park, Climbing Wall, Mini Golf Course, Building Rental, Building For Sports Equipment Near The Climbing Wall;2) Providing Services In The Field Of Protection Of People And Property (Areas, Facilities, Equipment, Immovable And Movable Property In Szelment On Plots With Geodetic Numbers: 5/14, 5/35, 5/37 Including Piers Located On Part Of The Szelment Wielki Lake, The Adjacent Plot Marked With Geodetic Number 5/14, The Building Of The Water Ski Lift Facilities With Equipment And The Wheelhouse Building, The Observation Tower Building, Motor Boats, Technical Equipment. A) Other Fixed Assets, I.E. Movable Fixed Assets, Technical Equipment And Machines.1. The Total Number Of Security Hours During The Order Execution Period, I.E. From January 1, 2025 To December 31, 2025, Is 4,380 Hours.2. In Order To Implement The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To: A) Appoint An Appropriate Number Of People To Efficiently Perform The Subject Of The Order, B) Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Employ, Under An Employment Contract, Within The Meaning Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1465, As Amended), Persons Performing Activities In Scope Of Execution Of The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor Will Employ The Above-Mentioned People At Least For The Duration Of The Contract. In The Event Of Termination Of The Employment Relationship Before The End Of This Period, The Contractor Undertakes To Immediately Employ Another Person In His Place, C) Due To The Specific Nature Of The Activities Of Wosir Szelment Sp. Z O.O. – Activities Related To Recreation And Sports - The Contractor Will Direct Persons With No Criminal Record To Provide Security Services, In Accordance With Art. 21 Of The Act Of 13 May 2016 On Counteracting Threats Of Sexual Crime And Protection Of Minors (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 560.1228, As Amended).
