The Subject Of The Order Is The Sale And Delivery Of Alcoholic Beverages To The Gas Stations Of Miejski Zakład Komunikacji Spółka Z O.O. In Koszalin, Successively Throughout The Duration Of The Contract, In The Range And Quantities Specified In Annex No. 1A To The Swz. The Given Quantity Applies To The Entire Duration Of The Contract.1) Task 1 - Sale And Delivery Of Alcoholic Beverages, Up To 4.5% Alcohol Content And Beer (In Accordance With Annex 1A); The Subject Of The Order Must Be Correctly Marked With Appropriate Excise Stamps; In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Finance Of June 7, 2019 On Marking Excise Goods With Excise Stamps (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1753, Consolidated Text); Cannot Be Imported Or Brought Into The Territory Of The Country As A Result Of Intra-Community Acquisition - Outside The Excise Duty Suspension Procedure. The Contractor Will Carry Out Deliveries Successively According To The Needs Of The Ordering Party, No Later Than Within 5 Business Days Counted From The Day Following The Date Of Receipt Of The Order By The Contractor. Detailed The Assortment And Quantity Of Each Delivery Will Be Provided By The Ordering Party Via E-Mail Or Delivered, Against Receipt, To The Representative Contractors. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver Goods Of First Class Quality, Meeting Quality Standards (Pn) For A Given Product Range. The Delivered Goods Must Have An Expiry Date Of At Least 5 Months From The Date Of Delivery. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Goods, In Accordance With The Submitted Demand, To The Ordering Partys Gas Stations In Koszalin At Ul. Gnieźnieńska 9 And At Ul. Wąwozowa 1A.
