The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Transport Service For Students To The Public Primary School With Kindergarten Classes And The Complex Of Special Institutions In Sławoborze, Together With Their Return To Their Town Of Residence After Finishing Classes. A) Approximate Number Of Students - Arrival To School: 87B) Approximate Number Of Students - Return From School: 1012. The Transport Is To Be Carried Out On The Basis Of Regular Transport Lines Established By The Contractor, With Priority For Children And Teenagers - Based On Tickets Monthly. 3. The Contractor Will Provide Care On Buses Along The Routes Transporting Students.4. Regular Transport Lines Must Be Arranged (In Consultation With The Employee Of The Sławoborze Commune Office, Ms. Monika Płuciennik-Kornacka) In Such A Way As To Enable Students To Travel By Bus From Their Place Of Residence To The Educational Institution And From The Institution To The Place Of Residence (In Accordance With The List Attached To The Bid Form ) On School Days So That Students Reach The Above-Mentioned Facilities No Later Than 7:50, While Maintaining The Safety Standards Applicable To Road Passenger Transport, As Well As Adapting The Number Of Trips And The Capacity (Number Of Seats) Of Buses On Individual Routes To The Number Of People Transported.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Cooperate Closely With The Principal Of The Public Primary School In Sławobór And The Director Of The Complex Of Special Institutions In Sławobór In Determining The Details Of Transporting And Transporting Students To And From School Classes, Taking Into Account The Organization Of The School Year In Connection With Changes In The Regulation On The Organization Of The School Year Allowing For Individual Determination Dates Of Days Off From Teaching And Educational Activities. The Director May Also Establish Another Additional Day Off From Classes, Provided That It Is Worked On Saturday. The School Principal Is Obliged To Notify The Carrier Of This Fact At Least Two Weeks In Advance. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Number Of Students On Individual Lines.
