1) Catching Stray Dogs From The Regimin Commune Only After Reporting By An Employee Of The Commune Office In Regimin. 2) Using Only Equipment Adapted For The Purpose Of Catching Dogs, Enabling Safe And Humane Catching Of Stray Dogs In A Way That Does Not Pose A Threat To Their Life And Health And Does Not Cause Any Their Suffering.3) Transporting Homeless Dogs In A Car Adapted To Transport Animals From The Place Of Capture To A Shelter For Homeless Animals.4) Making A Free Returning Dogs Placed In A Shelter As A Result Of Their Capture To Their Owners After They Have Documented Their Ownership Rights To The Animal, Within 14 Days Of Being Caught (After That Time The Dogs May Be Put Up For Adoption). 5) Providing Homeless Dogs With Appropriate And Comprehensive Care, Respecting The Principles Of Humanity And Dignity, And Ensuring Their Proper Treatment, In Particular: A) Providing The Dogs With Rooms Or Boxes With A Hard Surface (With A Bed) With An Appropriate Area (In Accordance With Currently Applicable Regulations) For For A Specific Number Of Animals So That They Can Move Freely And Perform Their Appropriate Behaviors, Protect Them From Cold, Heat And Precipitation, With Access To Light Daily Allowance,B) Providing Dogs With Appropriate Food And Constant Access To Drinking Water;C) Ensuring Comprehensive Veterinary Care, Including In Particular Diagnosis By A Veterinarian Of Each Caught Dog After Its Arrival At The Shelter;D) Mandatory Vaccination Against Rabies And Mandatory Vaccination Against Infectious Diseases Of Animals Staying In The Shelter And Additional Antiviral Prophylaxis In The Case Of Puppies; E) Treatment Of Admitted Sick Dogs That Promise Hope For Recovery;F) Combating External And Internal Parasites In Dogs;G) Mandatory Separation Of Sick Dogs From Healthy Ones;H) Mandatory Separation Of Females With Babies From Other Dogs;I) Systematic Cleaning Of Stalls And Runs, Including Carrying Out Sanitary Treatments At Least Once A Month And Disinfecting Dogs, Boxes And Runs;J) Ensuring The Safety Of Dogs By Using Appropriate Protection Against Both Escape And Accidental Injury.
