The Subject Of The Order Are Cleaning And Maintenance Services Of Office Rooms, Sanitary Facilities, Corridors, Social Rooms (Kitchen) And Communication Routes In The Building Of The District Examination Commission Located In Jaworzno At Ul. Mickiewicza 4 In 2025.1) Basic Requirements For Cleaning And Maintenance Services (Hereinafter Referred To As Services):A) Services Will Be Provided In Accordance With The Work Schedule (Point 5 Of The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order);B) Cleaning Rooms Will Be Made Available To The Contractor From 7.00 A.M. To 3.00 P.M. From Monday To Friday (Excluding Public Holidays); C) In The Event That Meetings/Conferences Etc. Will Be Held In The Ordering Partys Building (Usually With Approximately 10-60 Participants) , The Contractor - At The Request Of The Ordering Party Submitted At Least 3 Days In Advance - Will Ensure That On The Date Of Such An Event, At Least One Person From The Contractors Side Will Take Care Of Cleanliness In The Toilets, Refill Soap, Clean The Rooms Before And After Such An Event And Perform Other Activities Cleaning;D) The Contractor Is Responsible For Organizing The Smooth Running Of The Services;E) The Services Should Be Performed Regardless Of The Condition Of The Buildings Interior, Including During And After Any Renovations;2) Personnel Requirements:A) The Services Will Be Performed By The Contractors Staff, Whose List Including The Name And Surname, The Contractor Will Submit To The Ordering Party Within 3 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Public Procurement Contract. The Contractor Will Inform The Ordering Party About Any Change To This List, Submitting An Updated List At Least 2 Days Before The Change Is Introduced; B) The Contractor Will Direct The Contractor To Perform The Services [Except For Cleaning Windows (Glasses And Window Frames) And External And Internal Window Sills, As Well As External Doors ] At Least 3 People Performing These Activities On A Full-Time Basis (8 Hours A Day, And In The Case Of Persons With A Significant Or Moderate Degree Of Disability - 7 Hours A Day) And Will Ensure That The Services Are Performed Each Time By At Least 3 People On A Full-Time Basis, Regardless Of Holidays Or Sickness Absence; C) Cleaning Of Windows (Glasses And Window Frames), External And Internal Window Sills, As Well As External Doors Must Be Carried Out By Persons Who Meet The Requirements For Working At Heights And Be Carried Out Using Appropriate Equipment, Including Ladders (Unacceptable Is To Move On The Windowsills). In Order To Perform These Activities, The Ordering Party Will Provide Access To The Premises From 7:00 A.M. To 5:00 P.M.
