Tuusula Municipalitys Facility Services Is Requesting A Bid For The Renovation Of The Interior Of The Roinila Daycare Center In Accordance With The Tender Documents. Defects Have Been Experienced In The Indoor Air Quality Of The Daycare Center And The Cause Of The Problem Has Been Located In Damaged Floor Materials. The Original Floor Materials And The Floor Screed In The Living Areas Of The Daycare Center Have Been Removed To A Clean Concrete Surface. The Contract Includes The Renovation Of The Kindergartens Floor And Wall Surfaces In Accordance With The Repair Plans. The Work Tasks Included In The Contract Are Presented In More Detail In The Repair Plans. The Contract Includes The Implementation Of The Entire Contract. The Overall Contract Includes, Among Others:  - Responsibilities And Obligations Of The Main Contractor And The Main Contractor  - Construction Engineering Work  - Necessary Plumbing Work  - Necessary Ventilation Work The Bidder Must Visit The Site On Site Before Submitting The Bid.
