On Organic Production And Labeling Of Organic Products And Repealing Council Regulation (Ec) No. 834/2007; Op 4 Deliveries Of Meat And Meat Food Products And Fish Produced In Accordance With The Requirements Of Regulation (Eu) 2018/848 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of May 30, 2018. On Organic Production And Labeling Of Organic Products And Repealing Council Regulation (Ec) No. 834/2007; Op 5 Deliveries Of Canned And Processed Fruits And Vegetables, Packaged Food Products And Pulses; Op 6 Deliveries Of Canned And Processed Fruits And Vegetables, Packaged Food Products And Legumes, Produced In Accordance With The Requirements Of Regulation (Eu) 2018/848 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of May 30, 2018. On Organic Production And Labeling Of Organic Products And Repealing Council Regulation (Ec) No. 834/2007; Op 7 Deliveries Of Bread And Pasta For Breakfast. The Conditions Under Which The Subject Of The Order Will Be Realized, As Well As The Rights And Obligations Of The Contracting Authority And The Contractor, Are According To: The Draft Contract; The Technical Specification; The Technical And Price Proposals For Each Specific Position. On The Basis Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop, Op 5, Op 6 And Op 7 Are Awarded In The Order Valid For Their Individual Estimated Value - Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Zop (Direct Award), Given That The Total Estimated Value Of The Positions Is Below The Threshold Under Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Zop, And Does Not Exceed 20 Percent Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Order. On The Basis Of Art. 7, Para. 2 Of The Ppzop, In The Documentation The Contracting Authority Specifies All The Required Information Regarding Ops 5, 6 And 7, Incl. The Subject Matter, Volume And Value Of The Positions.
