The Scope Of The Public Procurement Provides For The Delivery Of New, Unused Utility Equipment For The Needs Of The Dulovo Municipality, The Accompanying Warranty Maintenance Services, Within The Warranty Period Proposed By The Participant, And The Training Of Operators Specified By The Contracting Authority. For Separate Item No. 1, The Delivery Of 1 (One) Number Of New, Unused Moto-Sweeping Machine With Attached Inventory - Sweeping Device, And The Accompanying Warranty Maintenance Services, Within The Warranty Period Proposed By The Participant And Training Of Operators Specified By The Contracting Authority, Are Included; For Item #2, The Delivery Of 1 New, Unused Specialized Multi-Purpose Loader, Complete With: Sweeping Device, Vacuum Cleaner With Garbage Collection Hopper And Lawn Mower, And The Accompanying Warranty Maintenance Services, Within The Warranty Period Proposed By The Participant And Training Of Operators Specified By The Contracting Authority. Warranty Maintenance Refers To The Removal Of Defects At The Contractors Expense During The Warranty Period Within The Warranty Liability. The Delivery And Replacement Of Consumables For Periodic Technical Services Are Not Included In The Scope Of This Public Procurement And Are Not The Contractors Obligation. The Registration In Kti Will Be Carried Out By And At The Expense Of The Employer And Is Not A Commitment Of The Contractor. The Contractor Undertakes To Provide All Documents Necessary For Registration Upon Delivery Of The Equipment.
