In The Implementation Of This Public Procurement, Engineering - Design, Authors Supervision And Implementation Of Smr Should Be Carried Out On The Relevant Site, Related To The Construction Of A New Multifunctional Sports Ground, Located In Upi Xxvi, Quarter 60 According To The Plan Of The Town Of Svishtov ( Pi 65766.702.4160). It Is Planned To Build And Equip With Sports Facilities A Combined Court For Handball, Volleyball And Basketball Covered With Acrylic Flooring, Dimensions 40/20M (+1M Buffer Zone). The Total Area Of ​​The Field Is 948 Sq.M. The Subject Scope Of The Award Includes The Following Activities: Activity 1: Designing - Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Technical Design Phase According To Ordinance No. 4 Of 21.05.2001 On The Scope And Content Of Investment Projects, Zut And The By-Laws On Its Implementation. The Project Development Should Include At Least The Following Parts: - Part Architecture - Part Constructive - Part Geodesy - Part Health And Safety Plan - Part Construction Waste Management Plan - Accounting Documentation. Activity 2: Construction/Smr - According To The Approved Investment Project, Which Should Include At Least The Following Smr: - Unfolding, Incl. Cutting Asphalt Pavement And Base Up To 15 Cm Thick; - Mechanized Excavation, Including Transport Loading; - Loading And Unloading Of The Site. At Depot, Incl. Depot Fee; - Aligning The Base, Filling With Sand; - Formwork For Concrete Flooring; - Laying Of Polyethylene Under Concrete Flooring - Delivery And Laying Of Reinforcing Mesh And Concrete Grade C20/25 - Concrete Grinding; - Delivery And Installation Of Steel Fence Profiles, Painted According To The Project And Of Galvanized Fence Mesh - Delivery And Laying Of An Acrylic System Of Two Acrylic Layers And A Finishing Top Acrylic Layer, Color According To The Project; - Making Sports Markings On Playing Fields With Acrylic Wear-Resistant Paint; - Delivery And Installation Of Playground Equipment - Compilation Of Construction Documents; - Elimination Of The Deficiencies Identified During The Handover Of The Construction And Its Commissioning; - Guarantee Maintenance Of The Construction Activity 3: Authors Supervision - In Connection With The Exact Compliance Of The Investment Project During The Implementation Of The Smr, The Contractor, Through Separate Legal Persons, Authors Of The Applicable Project Documentation In Parts, Should Carry Out Authors Supervision In Accordance With The Requirements Of Art. 162 Of The Zut And The Performance Contract.
