Tenders Are Invited For Reconstruction Of The Roof Of A Building For Administrative And Social Services Of The Municipality Of Tverditsa With Identifier 72165.503.116.1, Town Of Tverditsa
The Roof Is Pitched With A Shingle Covering, With A Slope Of 1:1.8 And External Drainage With Gutters And Downpipes. Roof Coverings Are Aged And Cracked. Chimneys Are Made Of Brickwork, Plastered With Plaster. They Need A Complete Renovation - Removal Of Plaster, Plastering And Replacement Of The Caps. The Design Solution Provides For The Removal Of The Existing Pitched Roof And The Construction Of A Flat Roof. We Are Removing The Old Wooden Pitched Roof, Cleaning The Reinforced Concrete Slab, Removing The Reinforced Concrete Eaves, Making A Wall Of 2 Rows Of Concrete Bricks, Laying Vapor Barrier, Thermal Insulation (According To Another Project), Concrete For Slope And Two Layers, The Second One Is Sprinkled. The Boards Are Formed With A Sheet Metal Skirt, The Chimneys Are Formed According To The Height Of The Board And Sheet Metal Caps Are Installed. 3 Funnels Are Installed With The Accompanying Vertical Risers Formed With Plasterboard Trunks.
