Brief Description / Documentation: The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes Construction And Assembly Works For The Site Tourist Attraction And Recreation Area In The City Of Kostenets. With The Project, The Space Around The Existing Monument Will Be Renovated And Turned Into A Tourist Attraction And A Place For Recreation. For This Purpose, Facilities Will Be Placed To Give Useful Information To Tourists About The Interesting Places To Visit And The History Of The Area. An Information Pavilion Will Be Built With Seating And 2 Pcs. Tables. An Information Board Will Be Placed On Top Of The Gazebo And An Information Board With Seating And Three Information Panels Will Be Built Separately. The Boards Will Contain Information About Tourist Attractions And Resources In The Area, Such As The Trajan Gate Fortress, The Waterfall, The Mineral Springs, Local Folklore, A Map With Walking Routes, Historical Information And Sites, Etc. The Existing Fountain Will Be Reconstructed And Enhanced With A Sculptural Composition Of Stone Slabs And Colored Lighting. Replacement Of Non-Working Technological Equipment Will Be Carried Out. The Water Supply System Will Be Ecological - In A Closed Cycle, Which Will Allow Saving Water Resources. In Part Of The Existing Bed Of The Fountain, With The Aim Of Its More Optimal Use, A Stone Lake And A Stone River Will Be Separated, Which Will Connect It To The Water Area. A Path Will Be Built Around It With Materials Imitating Wood/Decking. Under The Shaded Areas Around The Trees, 2 More Corners Will Be Set Aside For Relaxation And Rest. In The First, Next To The Fountain, There Will Be Attractive Seating Areas, Including Wooden Benches Of The Chaise Lounge Type, The Second Recreation Area Will Include A Composition Of 12 Pieces. Wooden Chairs/Tables That Can Be Used For Both Purposes. A Chess Table And A Backgammon Table Will Be Placed To Relieve Stress And Stimulate Intellectual Activity. In Order To Protect The Cleanliness And Nature In The City, Waste Bins Will Be Installed In Appropriate Places On The Field. The Zone Will Be Provided With An Accessible Environment For People With Disabilities And Mothers With Small Children By Organizing An Accessible Route, Uniting Parts Of The Pedestrian Space That Are Uneven.
