Request for proposals for Assessments, Evaluations, and Research Habitat for Humanity Cambodia. HFHI-Cambodia began implementing the PASSA approach (Participatory Approach for Safe Shelter Awareness) across the program area in 2016, both in rural and urban Cambodia. Over eight years, HFHI-Cambodia formed 98 PASSA groups with 588 members (353 female) in Siem Reap, Battambang, Kampong Cham, Thboung Khmum, Phnom Penh, Kandal, and Kampong Speu. Through 74 community-led action plans implemented by PASSA groups, 35,000 community members have increased access to better housing conditions and micro-community infrastructures.
