Tender For Providing Miscellaneous Works For Mahakumbh 2025 At Prayagraj.; 1 Boat Dedicated uninterrupted 8 seater engine / manual operated boat for sangam visit on 24x7 hour availability basis for 45 days. Boat will include sufficient hygienic, carpeted, cloth changing chamber, safety jacket, efficient operator, assistant, fuel. (all safety norms, precautions, permission, licences will be taken up by agency and inclusive in this item) 1 Each Rates are to be filled in BOQ template at CPP Portal. 2 Food "Provision of food for average 15 person per day inclusive of breakfast, lunch, dinner. Food must be pure vegetarian, freshly prepared and served (by govt licence holder only, compiling norms as set by government) equivalent to hotel 3 star or more. (Payment will be on the basis of actual number of person per day serving, order for food will be intimated in advance). Tea/Snacks : Tea or Coffee With biscuits and chips Breakfast : 07.30 Hrs to 10.30 Hrs a) Dosa with sambhar & Chutney (Coconut), b) Idli and Vada with sambhar & Chutney (Coconut), c) Puri Chhole/SABJI, d) Upma/ Poha with masala Channa (dry) Lunch : 12.00 Hrs to 15.00 Hrs a. Chapati or Roti or Puri (as per requirements), b. Plain Rice/Jeera rice, c. Choley or Dal or Kadhi Pakora or Kofta, d. Seasonal vegetable (Dry / Gravy), e. Curd 100 gms , g. Green seasonal Salad., f. Achar (Pickles), Papad, g. Gulab Jaamun/Rasgulla/Fruit cream, Dinner : 08.00 PM to 10.00 PM a. Green seasonal salad, b. Plain Rice/Jeera rice, c. Roti or Chapati or Puri, d. Daal e. Seasonal vegetable (Dry/Gravy, f. Achar and Papad g. Sweet dish i.e. Rice Kheer or Sevian or Gulab Jamun or Rasgulla (two pieces) Note : Without repetition for at least three days. 3 Manpower Sufficient manpower on 24 hour basis inclusive of 2 attendant and 1 guard. (arrangement for transport/sitting area/ uniform/ sanitation/ food/ refreshment/ supervision of manpower will be taken up by contractor) (these manpower will not be used for housekeeping, catering work) (Payment will be on the basis of actual number of days). (working shift 8 Hours) 405 per person per Shift Rates are to be filled in BOQ template at CPP Portal. 4 Housekeeping and associated services Providing services for Housekeeping and associated services for area equivalent to 20 beds inclusive of details as below:i. Providing, Fixing and operating Room heater to maintain the inside temperature around 24°C ±1°C . The supplied unit shall be maintained and operated by the agency during the contract period.ii. Maintain and upkeep the tents, toilets, sofa and carpets will be done by bidder during the hiring period.iii. Charging point will be provided for mobile and laptop.iv. 1 standee led display with internet tv cable, commercial display of short films (as approved).v. Necessary guidance and publicity signage of ACP/Sunboard (with content as approved).vi. Upkeep of entire premise in boundary on daily basis i.e. sweeping clean toilet, change bedsheet, pillow cover, towel with clean one, laundry, removal of garbage & unwanted stuff to nearest municipal dumping facility.vii. consumables like soap, shampoo, paper napkeen, dish cleaner, toilet cleaner, broom, brush, wiper, mop, glass cleaner and other necessary required. vii. New and comfortable Mattress (thickness 5 inch or more), Bedsheet, Pillow, Blanket and Towel for 20 Person for 45 day (at the completion of work all this things will be property of contractor).The agency should quote the rates for all the above items. The rates should be inclusive of Supplying, setup and placing of all the above items and obtaining requisite mandatory licenses/clearance (if necessary) from Govt. Authority such as state administration etc. and the fee for obtaining such licences shall be paid by the agency and no extra charge shall be payable on this account.
