Tender For Special Repair For Replacement Of Ber Filteration Plant Installed At Station Swimming Pool Under Ge (N) Patiala.; 1 Disconnecting all pipes, dismantling and taking down existing BER filtration plant including Supply , Installation, testing and commissioning of vertical type floor mounted self supporting pressure sand filter (totally anti corrosive), diameter of filter shall not be less than 2000mm, made out of fiber glass shell with thickness as specified by the manufacturer and as per latest IS, dished ends complete with UPVC (un plasticized PVC and polypropylene) face piping ABS plastic with manual snap, dump drain valve, water drain valve, fitted with pressure gauge, sample cock, air vent , empty plug and all connected accessories as required at site for entire functionality of filtration plant with fully satisfaction with initial charge of filter media and with vertical supports with necessary piping connection with filter, interconnection for connecting filtered water line with Dozer, necessary valve of suitable size and necessary foundation and all piping joints, bends, elbow, tee , flange etc all accessories as required at site for swimming pool of size suitable for 8 hrs turn over period complete with the following specification (a) Flow rate 125m³/ Hr (Each), (b) Vessel dia-2000mm, (c) Filteration velocity 40m³/hr/m² EN ISO 9001 :2000 Standard, (d) Working pressure 2.5 Kg/Cm² (e) Media for sand filter (Silica quartz sand and gravel). NOTE: - (i) Taking out old filtration plant (incl required T&P) and depositing to MES store Yarddeemed to be incliuded in quoted ratesii) Drawing for filter vessel layout shall be got approved from GE before placement of order.iii) colour coding of pipe lines with arrow marking, numbering of valves with marking of pipes shall be done as per latest IS/standard provision. (iv) Cost of butterfly valves, UPVC pipes inter connection up to inlet or outlet side Header with connected items, pressure gauge and filter media shall deemed to be included in the item rate.
