11 M&L for 100 mm thick Cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base, surfaces finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed. 12 Providing and laying 80 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block glossy finish of M40 grade conforming to IS 15658: 2021 made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, cast in rubber mould, glossy finish of approved colour, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 30 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. complete all as specified and as directed. 13 M & L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete M10(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded stone aggregates, laid in alternate panel, finished surface even and fair including filling in position with 85/25 industrial grade bitumen mix filler of proportion 80 kg of hot bitumen, 1 kg of cement and 0.25 cubic metre of coarse sand as in plinth Liquid complete all as specified and directed. 37 M&L for cleaning of roof slab including picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, dirt etc and Supply and fix APP polymeric water proofing membrane, minimum 3mm thick and weighing not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm, black finish reinforced with non-woven polyester matt, with a thermo fusable finish laid over cold applied bituminous primer conforming to IS 3384 @ of 0.40 Kg/Sqm torching overlaps with a propane or a butane gas torch, with a overlap of 75mm at the sides and 100mm at the ends and sealing including applying a coat of cold emulsion bituminous primer all as per manufacturer’s instructions, complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Coved fillets in PCC(1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate, of radius 75mm shall be provided at the junction of roof and parapet wall/mumty/chimney/other vertical surfaces and thereafter surface painted with hot paving bitumen of Grade 30/40 confirming to IS-73, applied@1.20 Kg/Sqm over a coat of cold applied bituminous primer conforming to IS:3384 @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm. (ii) Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 45cm (minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall of brick masonry and shall be finished by a membrane flushing. (iii)The waterproofing treatment shall be got carried out by the manufacturer or their authorized applicators. (iv)In case of stone masonry parapet wall etc a groove of size 25mmx25mm (minimum) shall be made in coved fillet at the junction of roof and parapet wall/mumty Chimney/other vertical surfaces and polymeric membrane inserted in groove and sealed with paving bitumen. (v) Cost of above aspects is deemed to be included in quoted rates. 38 Taking down chowkats or frames not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) including iron mongry and removing from site complete all as specified and directed. 39 Taking down chowkats or frames exceeding 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4 Sqm each with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) including iron mongryand removing from site complete all as specified and directed. 40 Taking down shutter of any description exc. 1 sqm but n.exc 2 sqm eachincluding iron mongry and removing from site complete all as specified and directed. . 41 S & F 35mm thickIInd Class Hard wood Plain framed, panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces.
