Tender For Special Repair To Lt Cables, Lt Panels And Connected Items From Power House To Cadet Mess Kitchens At Nda Khadakwasla.; 1 Supply and Laying in replacement including testing and commissioning LT UG Power cable, XLPE Insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with multi-stranded aluminium conductor including termination with LT Panel/Feeder Pillar with galvanised or Cadmium plated high tensile nuts, bolts and washers etc including Sheddling /clamping on any type of wall with suitable size of GI Clamps, nuts, bolts & washers etc complete of size 300 Sqmm 3.5 Core all as specified and directed. 2 S & F ofWire mesh Cable Tray Hot Dipped Galvanized size 54 X 300mm, Trays should comply Standard EN ISO 14 61: at least 550 h of SST. The deflection of cable tray must be no more than 1/200th of the distance between two supports and tested in accordance with the standard IEC 61537, Wire cable trays must be designed with an optimum span of 1.5 m, taking into account the maximum carrying capacity authorised by the manufacturer including all standard wall mounting accessories e.g. SS Mounting Bracket, bends, Fastners, kitastar, nut, bolts and washers etc complete all as specified and directed.It shall be manufactured with a longitudinal "T- welded" safety edge complete all as specified and as directed. 3 S&F GI tubing"light grade"150 mm dia ISI marked with all fittings laid in trenches and fixed on pole by flat iron clamps, nut, bolt, washer of suitable size complete all as specified and directed 4 S & F in replacement including testing and commissioning LT Feeder Panel weather proof outdoor type double door, fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet with epoxy powder coating of RAL-7035 (Siemens Gray) shade with matt finish with seven tank pre treatment process.The panel shall be fabricated by CPRI approved manufacturer only.The panel shall be compartmentized design totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof, conforming to degree of protection IP-55, front side double door type with locking arrangementfor front side and nut bolt fitting for back side, comprising ofgaskets between all adjacent units and beneath all covers shall be fully gasketed with neoprene rubber and ventilation arrangement for heat dissipation from both side of panel.The panel shall be provided with aluminium bus bars, electrolytic grade of 1000 Amp current rating connected with item No. 05 bus bar in closed compartment.The busbars and Interconnecting links shall be insulated with heat shrinkable PVC sleeve with RYB & Black colour coding.The bus bars shall be supported on unbreakable, non-hygroscopic SMC insulated supports at sufficiently close intervals to prevent busbars sag and shall be housed in dedicated compartment. The panel shall be prewired with FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor cables of suitable size properly tagged and secured.All joints and connection shall be done with galvanized or cadmium plated high tensile nuts, bolts and washers including Lugs etc.The panel shall be provided with digital multifunction meter with accuracy Class 1 with RS 485 Parameters with cast Resign Cts and RYBLED indicating lamps at incoming.The panel shall be provided with manufacturer"s name plate, skull & bones danger notice board etc.The panel shall be provided 4 Nos 50x50x5mm thick angle iron supports of not less than each 1.0 mtr height duly painted with anti corrosive black paint and grouted in PCC 1:3:6 at suitable depth as per site requirement .All MCCBs shall be provided with spreader links with phase separators on both sidesand suitable extended rotary handes for all incoming and outgoing MCCBs .The overall size of the panel shall not less than 1700mmX500mmX1400mm (LxDxH).The panel shall be provided for Cable entry from bottom side for each Cable including2 Nos of Earthing Terminals one on each side of the Panel with GI earth strip and including following accessories complete all as specified and as directed :-Note : Before manufacturing drawing and design of panel including size & length of busbar shall be approved by Engr-in-charge.(a) MCCB 4 Pole, 415 Volts, 630 Amp, 50 KA Breaking capacity with adjustable Thermal and adjustable Magnetic overload protection with Ics = 100% of Icu including suitable size of spreader links and phase seperators on both side.
