Tender For Repair Of Fencing, Gates And Foot Paths At Chakrata Grnatzone A & B At Age (P) Chakrata Under Ge (P) Dehradun.; 1 Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed in concrete brick work masonry etc.complete all as specified and directed . 2 Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thick above or below ground level. complete all as specified and directed. 3 Demolition of concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness,above or below the ground level, complete all as specified and as directed. 4 Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding complete all as specified and directed. 5 M&L for RCC Nominal Mix (1:2:4), type B-1 (using 20 mm gradedcrushed stone agg) as in foundation, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for coloumns, etc basement slabs under reamed piles and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed. 6 M&L for RCC Nominal Mix (1:2:4)Type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts. complete all as specified and directed. 7 M&L for use and waste of formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work;in rough finishvertical or to batter. Complete all as specified and directed. 8 M&L for use and waste of formwork to sides of pillars posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions finished the suface rough, complete all as specified and directed. 9 S & F mild steel TMT bars 10 mm and over cut to length, bent to shape required incl. cranking bending spirally for hooping for column hooking ends and binding with and incl. mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia, Complete all as specified and directed. 10 All as peritem no 9 abovebut 8 mm dia as in stirrups, complete all as specified and directed. 11 S&F angle iron posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed. 12 S & F in repairgalvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbedwith 2 mm dia barbed at 75 mmspacingand straing and fixing to any type of standard rail straining Bolt , including, securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire , staples or steel pine etc including dismantling the old barbed wire,complete all as specified and directed. 13 Excavation in post hole (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.50 Cum getting out, returning, filling in, and ramming earth around in layers n.exc 25cm watering and removed surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and making good surface inany type of soil complete all as specified and directed. 14 M&L for PCC(1:4:8) typr D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, complete all as specified and directed. 15 Dismantling existing Chain link fencing any size of type complete all as specified and directed. 16 Supply only Chain link MS galvanised fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and directed. 17 Fixing only chain link fencing including line wire, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provission of binding wire, complete all as specified and directed. 18 S & F for rust proof concertina coil with and including necessary GI fixing clips for securing complete specification (a) Dia of coil (Unstreched ) - 610 mm.(b) No of Spirals - 6 spirals per RM.(c) Weight of each coil with hessain pack 8.50 (±0.5) Kg. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete Fe410 Gde-E-250,Quality-A, complete all as specified and directed. 22 M&L for framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walkways; railings; framwork of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E- 165 ,complete all as specified and directed. 23 M&L Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of550 Mpa as in railing/clading to wall fixed with screws complete all as specified and directed. 24 M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description, over 10 Cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide premier.complete all as specified and directed. 25 M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone agg) 100mm thick as in base/ sub base, complete all as specified and directed. 26 M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Gradelaid, jointed with grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified including preparation of formation bed over 25 mm thick sand cushion and pointed in colour cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed. 27 M&L for Parking /vitrified tile(Dark shade) 10mm thick (square/rectangular polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, set and jointed in neat cement slurry over and including 15 mm thick screed bed of cement mortar 1:6 and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, complete all as specified and directed. 28 M&L for anti fungal chequered cement concrete tiles 25mm thick over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar for laying floor finishes in cement mortar 1:6, etc, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigments complete all as specified and directed. 29 Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches pillars etc but excluding ashlars facings dressed stone work and precast concrete article complete all as specified and directed. 30 M&L brick work with sub class" B" bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6complete all as specified and directed. 31 M & L rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete work even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. 32 M&L for preparation of new plastered or un plasteredsurface of walls including cornices, pilasters etc and applying two coats of Weather proof exterior emulsion paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.
