1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Expansion And Reconstruction Of The Municipal Road In The Town Of Idźki Młynowskie. The Order Includes The Preparation Of Design Documentation And Construction Works Based On The Prepared Documentation. The Investment Is Being Implemented In The Design-Build Formula. Characteristic Parameters Determining The Size Of The Facility: - Road Class D, Vp = 30 Km/H, Traffic Load Kr2, - Length Of The Designed Section Approx. 1.279 Km, - Route Section, - Width Of Lane 2 50 M, - Bituminous Surface, - Roadside Made Of Unbound Mixture 0-31.50 Mm Made Of C50/30 Aggregate. 15 Cm With A Width From 0.75 M To 1.00 M On The Right And Left Sides. 2. The Order Includes: A) Development Of The Concept Of Expansion And Reconstruction Of The Road Along With Construction Layers And Acceptance By The Ordering Party; B) Preparation Of Design Documentation In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In Functional And Utility Program (Ffu);C) Developing All Necessary Materials To Obtain Administrative Decisions, Resolutions, Arrangements, Opinions, Etc.; D) Obtaining All Necessary Administrative Decisions, Resolutions, Opinions And Arrangements Enabling The Execution Of The Task; E) Expansion And Reconstruction Of The Road Municipal Road In The Town Of Idźki Młynowskie In Accordance With The Developed Design Documentation And The Obtained Decision On The Building Permit/Permit For The Implementation Of A Road Investment; F) Meeting The Requirements Specified In The Issued Administrative Decisions; G) Performing All Works Resulting From The Need To Connect The Rebuilt Section Of The Municipal Road To The Existing System Communication (Road) Along With Changes In Traffic Organization Resulting From The Adopted Solutions; H) Restoring Public Roads Used By The Contractor During Construction To The Condition Before The Commencement Of Construction, In Accordance With The Arrangements Made With Road Managers; I) Developing As-Built Documentation, Including A Geodetic Inventory ( In 2 Copies);J) Preparing An Application For Effective Notification Of Completion Of Construction And Obtaining All Necessary Decisions On The Use Permit, If Necessary. 3. In The Lump Sum Price, The Contractor Should Also Include: A) Management Of Demolition Materials In Accordance With The Waste Act. B) Development And Approval Of A Temporary Traffic Organization Project For The Duration Of The Works, Together With The Implementation Of Signage In Accordance With The Approved Design, Its Maintenance And Dismantling. C )Organization Of The Site And Construction Facilities In Consultation With The Ordering Party And The Owner Of The Given Area. D)Maintaining Temporary Detours And Access Routes During Technological Breaks In The Performance Of Works.
