The Contractor Is Obliged, Among Others, To: To:• Carry Out Works In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Taking Into Account All Arrangements With Administrators Of Networks And Devices Existing In The Area Of ​​Works;• Ensure, At Their Own Expense, That Construction And Works Are Managed By Persons With Appropriate Professional Qualifications And Authorizations To Carry Out Works In Particular Specialties, In Accordance With The Subject Of The Order;• Preparing And Agreeing, At Its Own Expense, On A Traffic Management Project For The Duration Of Construction And On The Execution Of Works Resulting From This Project, Together With The Ongoing Maintenance Of The Signage And Its Removal After The Completion Of The Works; Including Submitting An Application For Approval Of The Traffic Organization Design To The Competent Authority Within 3 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract; • Carrying Out The Works In Such A Way As To Ensure Safe Access To And Access To The Properties Located At The Construction Site Or To The Access To Which Takes Place Through This Construction Site And Ensure Continuity Of Utility Supplies;• Securing And Fencing The Construction Site, Marking The Work Site, Securing Against Access Of Unauthorized Persons To The Construction Site And Materials Stored There At Their Own Expense, In Accordance W
