As Part Of The Procedure, Based On The Existing Construction Design, Design Documentation For The Expansion Of District Road No. 1784T Should Be Prepared For The Task: Expansion Of District Road No. 1784T (0604T) Jadowniki - Ambrożów.4.2 As Part Of The Task, Comprehensive Documentation Should Be Prepared: - Necessary To Obtain Relevant Administrative Decisions, Including Environmental Conditions And Permission To Implement The Investment, - Necessary In The Procedure For Awarding A Public Procurement Contract For The Performance Of Executive/Construction Works And At The Stage Of Performing These Works. The Order Covers The Following Scope Of Services: A) Preparation Of A Current Construction Design Based On Existing Construction Design (Documentation Update) And Detailed Designs With Which The Route Should Be Consistent; B) Analysis Of The Existing Land Development, Taking Into Account The Provisions Of The Local Plan In Force (Or In The Process Of Being Adopted) In The Design Area; C) Obtaining Current Geodetic Bases (Division Maps, Maps For Design Purposes) Necessary To Develop A Construction Design; D) Current Extracts And Drawings From Land Registry Maps For The Investment; E) Obtaining A Water Law Permit Or A Water Law Notification On Behalf Of The Investor - If Necessary, Containing, Among Others: The Method Of Draining Rainwater From The Road To Existing Natural Receivers, E.G. Existing Watercourses. Due To Existing Terrain Obstacles Such As Buildings, Wells, Etc., The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Storm Sewage Systems Instead Of Open Ditches; F) Updating The Existing One Or Obtaining A New Decision On The Environmental Conditions For The Implementation Of The Project - If Necessary; G) Obtaining A Deviation From The Technical Conditions, Which Public Roads And Their Location Within The Width Of The Road Lane Should Correspond To - If Necessary; H) Developing An Update Of The Design For The Construction Of A Technological Channel Or Obtaining Consent For A Derogation From The Construction Of The Channel: I) Obtaining An Update Of Technical Conditions And Making Arrangements Necessary For The Correct Development Of Documentation Design, Including Industry Arrangements Such As: Road, Sanitary, Gas, Electricity, Street Lighting, Road Drainage, Telecommunications, Greenery And Others;J) Obtaining Approval Of The Land Development Design At The Commune Office In Pawłowo;K) Conducting At Least Two Public Consultations With Residents Of The Village Of Jadowniki; L) Development Of A Complete Construction Design, Including All Annexes, Decisions, Opinions And Arrangements Conditioning The Receipt Of The Zrid Decision, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Knowledge And Principles Of Construction Art; M) Determining The Geotechnical Conditions For The Foundation Of Building Structures In Based On The Regulation Of The Minister Of Transport, Construction And Maritime Economy Of April 25, 2012.
