1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Production And Delivery Of All Types Of License Plates With Embossed Registration Numbers To Carry Out The Tasks Of The Staroste Of Ropczyce-Sędziszów Related To The Registration Of Vehicles Under The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024 , Item 1251, As Amended) And The Implementing Provisions Of This Act, As Well As Free Collection And Disposal Of Decommissioned Registration Plates.2. The Delivered License Plates Will Meet The Conditions Specified: 1) In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of August 31, 2022 On The Registration And Marking Of Vehicles, Requirements For License Plates And Templates Of Other Documents Related To Vehicle Registration (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1847),2) In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Transport, Construction And Maritime Economy Of May 2, 2012 On The Conditions Of Production And Method Of Distribution Of License Plates And Legalization Marks (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1885), 3) In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of March 12, 2019 On The Conditions Of Production And Method Of Distribution Of Professional License Plates And Signs And The Procedure For Legalization Of Professional License Plates (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 2616) And All Applicable Provisions In In This Regard.3. The Scope Of The Order Includes At Least: 1) Single-Row And Double-Row Cars - 12,000 Pcs., 2) Motorcycles - 1,000 Pcs., 3) Mopeds - 200 Pcs. 4) Duplicate Plates - 200 Pcs. Including: − Ordinary Plates - For Marking All Vehicles, Including Ordinary Reduced Plates, Plates For Electric Vehicles, Hydrogen-Powered Vehicles, − Individual Plates - For Marking Motor Vehicles, − Historic Plates - For Marking Historic Vehicles, − Temporary Plates - For Marking Temporarily Registered Vehicles, − Professional Plates - For Marking All Types Of Vehicles Subject To Professional Registration In Accordance With The Road Traffic Law,4. The Ordering Party Declares That The Number Of Boards Ordered Will Not Be Less Than 50% Of The Quantities Specified In Section 3.5. The Contractor Is Obliged, Based On The Report Prepared By The Ordering Party, To Collect And Dispose Of Withdrawn License Plates In A Way That Prevents Their Re-Use In Accordance With The Applicable Regulations.6. The Official Collection Of Withdrawn License Plates Will Take Place On The Day Of Delivery Of New Plates Or On Other Dates Indicated By The Ordering Party.7. In The Event Of A Change In The Provisions Referred To In Section 1 And 2 During The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver License Plates After Taking Into Account The Changes.
