The Subject Of The Order Is To Maintain Homeless Animals Caught From The Area Of The Sadkowice Commune In Previous Years And Currently Staying In The Shelter: 1) Providing Animals (Dogs) Staying In The Shelter With 24-Hour Care, Consisting In On Ensuring: A) A Room Protecting Them From Cold, Heat And Precipitation With Access To Daylight, B) Food For The Animals, At Least Twice A Day With Appropriate Food, C) Constant Access To Water, D) Veterinary Care; 2) Humane Treatment Of Animals (Dogs) Brought To The Shelter; 3) Obligatory Sterilization Or Castration Of Dogs, Deworming, Vaccination Against Rabies; 4) Taking Steps To Find The Owner And Enable Him To Pick Up The Animal (Dog) From The Shelter, After The Owner Has Paid The Costs Of The Dogs Stay In The Shelter (Condition For Releasing The Animal); 5) As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Search For And Acquire People Willing To Take Care Of Homeless Animals. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Maintain The Level Of Adoptions Made In Relation To The Condition Of Animals Staying In The Contractors Shelter On The Last Day Of Each Year Of Validity At The Level Declared In The Offer. Contract. The Above Percentage Calculations Apply To Homeless Animals Under The Statutory Care Of The Ordering Party, And The Number Of Adoptions Does Not Include Animals Given To The Owner. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Submit A Report On The Adoption Percentage Achieved, And If The Required Values Are Not Achieved, The Ordering Party Has The Right To Charge The Contractor With Contractual Penalties For Failure To Fulfill The Terms Of The Order.6) Taking Over 35 Dogs From The Shelter Psia Ostoja Pieczyska Ul. Szkolna 14, 98-400 Wieruszów (This Number May Increase Or Decrease Due To Adoptions Until The End Of The Current Contract).
