1. The Subject Of This Order Is: Successive Purchase Of Pb95 Unleaded Gasoline And Diesel Oil For Vehicles And Equipment Owned By The Municipal And Housing Management Board In 20252. The Expected Volume Of The Order During The Period Of The Contract Is As Follows: - Unleaded Petrol Pb95 In The Amount Of - 9,000 Liters - Diesel Oil In The Amount Of - 30,000 Liters 3. The Given Quantities Are Estimated Values, And The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce The Quantity Of Ordered Fuels During The Duration Of The Contract. Failure To Complete The Order In Full May Not Constitute The Basis For The Contractors Financial Claims.4. The Offered Liquid Fuels Must Meet The Quality Requirements Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of June 26, 2024 On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1018) And Comply With The Parameters Of Currently Applicable Standards: Pn-En 228 +A1:2017-06 And Pn-En 590:2022-085. Refueling Of Vehicles Will Take Place Successively, According To The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party.6. The Price For The Purchase Of Liquid Fuels Will Be Variable And Will Result From The Daily Sales Price Applicable At The Gas Station Indicated By The Contractor, Reduced By The Price Reduction Index (Discount Granted). The Discount Is Fixed Throughout The Entire Contract Period.7. The Contractor: A) Will Ensure The Possibility Of Using At Least One Gas Station Open From 7.00 A.M. To 8.00 P.M. On Weekdays And Located Within 10 Km From The Ordering Partys Headquarters, I.E. Kardynała Wyszyńskiego 18 (This Distance Results From The Need To Refuel Low-Speed Vehicles And Other Equipment Used For Maintaining, Among Others, Roads), B) If The Contractor Has More Than One Station, It Will Ensure The Same Daily Fuel Prices At All Its Stations And Enable The Ordering Party Use Of The Entire Network Of Stations, C) Will Enable Payment In A Non-Cash Form, Within 14 Days From The Date Of Receipt By The Ordering Party Of A Correctly Issued Invoice, For A Fourteen-Day Settlement Period Based On The Collective Sales List.8. Fuel May Be Issued In The Following Forms: A) Fuel Will Be Issued On The Basis Of An Entry In The Daily List Of Issued Fuels. The Daily List Of Fuel Dispensed Is Prepared And Entered Into By The Gas Station Employee. The Daily Summary Of Fuel Dispensed Will Include The Date Of Purchase, Quantity And Type Of Fuel Collected, Vehicle Registration Number, Name Of The Collecting Driver, Signature Of The Collecting Person And Signature Of The Fuel Station Employee. The Receipt Of Goods Will Be Confirmed By The Recipients Entry In The Daily Statement Of Fuel Issued. B) The Ordering Party Allows The Issuance Of Fuel Cards Ensuring Cashless Purchase Of Fuel, Assigned To The Vehicle Registration Number (One Bearer Card, For Refueling Farm Equipment, Lawn Mowers, Chainsaws, Etc.).
