The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular Works Such As: 1) Preparation Of The Area For Construction Works, 2) Renovation Of Sports Stands, Including: • Renovation Of Viewing Platforms Of The Stands; • Renovation Of The Stands Passageways In The Southern Part Of The Stand; • Renovation Of The Exits From The Stands • Construction Of A Strip Securing The Foundations Against Moisture From The Concrete Cubes In Front Of The Stand;• Disassembly And Replacement Of Small Architectural Elements, I.E. Seats 3) Tidying Up The Area Of Construction Works.3. The Detailed Scope And Method Of Performing Construction Works Covered By This Order Are Specified In The Design Documentation, Stwior, Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 3 To This Swz - Documentation For The Task. 4. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Make A Site Visit In Order To Obtain Information Regarding The Actual State And The Scope Of Work Necessary To Perform The Work, Which May Be Helpful, In Particular, In The Correct Calculation Of The Offer Price, Under Penalty Of Rejection Of The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 18) Of The Public Procurement Law. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare Such Completed Acceptance Documentation In Two Copies And In Electronic Form On A Cd/Dvd And Submit It To The Ordering Party Along With The Notification Of Readiness For Final Acceptance Of The Works.8.
