1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Insulation Of Basements With Injection Of A Building Located At Ul. Lubelska 30/32 In Warsaw, Plot No. 21, Precinct 3-02-01 In The Praga-Południe District Of The Capital City Of Warsaw.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Dismantling Of Colliding Installations And Room Equipment, 2) Demolition Of Existing, Colliding Walls, 3) Drying, Cleaning And Fungicide Removal Of Walls And Ceilings, 4) Horizontal And Vertical Insulation Using The Injection Method, 5) Restoration Of The Demolished Walls,6) Finishing Of Internal Walls7) Thorough Cleaning Of Rooms, 8) Painting,9) Installation Of Previously Dismantled Elements.3. The Ordering Party Declares That It Is Entitled To Use The Property For Construction Purposes Of The Building At Ul. Lubelska 30/32 In Warsaw (Registered Plot No. 21, Precinct 3-02-01), 4. The Ordering Party Informs That The Works Concern An Uninhabited Building.5. The Scope Of Work Is Specified In: 1) Design Documentation, Bill Of Quantities (Bill Of Quantities Is Auxiliary) And Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz;2) Stwiorb - Constituting Annex No. 11 To The Swz.6. Information About The On-Site Visit: 1) The Ordering Party Does Not Condition The Possibility Of Submitting An Offer On The Contractors Participation In The On-Site Visit. The Ordering Party Allows And Recommends Carrying Out A Site Visit Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers In Order To Check The Conditions Related To The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order. The Ordering Party Leaves It To The Contractor To Decide Whether To Conduct A Site Visit. The Cost Of The On-Site Visit Is Borne By The Contractor. An On-Site Visit Can Be Carried Out After Prior Arrangement Of The Date. The Interested Contractor Will Be Obliged To Send At Least Two Business Days In Advance The Proposed Date Of The On-Site Visit And A List Of People (Name And Surname) Who Are To Participate In The Visit In Electronic Form. The Ordering Party Does Not Provide Explanations During The On-Site Visit - The Visit Is Intended To Show The Facilities. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Carrying Out An On-Site Visit From Monday To Friday, From 9:00 A.M. To 2:00 P.M.
