1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From All Properties Inhabited By Residents Located In The Rudka Commune.2. The Municipal Waste Collection And Management System Does Not Cover Waste Generated As A Result Of Running A Business.3. The Order Includes: 1) Systematic Collection And Management Of Separately Collected Municipal Waste From Properties Where Residents Live, Collected In Containers And Bags, I.E. Collection Of: A) Remains Of Separately Collected Municipal Waste, I.E. Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste, B) Bio-Waste (Including Green Waste),C) Ash And Slag,D) Paper, Cardboard, Paper Packaging Waste And Cardboard Packaging Waste,E) Metal Waste, Plastics, Multi-Material Packaging, Metal Packaging Waste And Plastic Packaging Waste Plastics, F) Glass, Glass Packaging Waste, G) Furniture And Other Large-Sized Waste, H) Used Electrical And Electronic Equipment; 2) Equipping The Selective Waste Collection Point In Rudka With Containers And Containers With Parameters Consistent With The Applicable Regulations, Enabling Collecting Waste Provided By Residents And Its Collection And Management. The Following Municipal Waste Will Be Collected At Pszok: A) Residues Of Separately Collected Municipal Waste, I.E. Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste, B) Paper, Cardboard, Paper Packaging Waste And Packaging Waste From Cardboard,C) Metal And Plastic Waste, Multi-Material Packaging, Metal Packaging Waste And Plastic Packaging Waste,D) Glass, Glass Packaging Waste,E) Furniture And Other Large-Sized Waste,F) Waste Electrical And Electronic Equipment, G) Hazardous Waste,H) Chemicals,I) Expired Medicines,J) Used Tires,K) Used Batteries And Accumulators,L) Textile And Clothing Waste,M) Construction And Demolition Waste,N) Waste That Does Not Qualify As Medical Waste Generated In Household As A Result Of Taking Medicinal Products In The Form Of Injections And Monitoring The Level Of Substances In The Blood, In Particular Needles And Syringes;3) Equipping Residential Properties And Pszok With Containers, Containers And Bags, In Accordance With The Rules Set Out In Annex No. 6 To The Swz - Description Subject Of The Order, By January 1, 2025;4) Waste Collection In Accordance With The Rules Set Out In Annex No. 6 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order, By January 1, 2025;5) Compliance With The Requirements Regarding The Transfer Waste Specified In Annex No. 6 To The Siwz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract; 6) Compliance With Other Requirements And Rules Specified By The Ordering Party In Annex No. 6 To The Siwz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Siwz.
