1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In The Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Properties Located In The Ruda-Huta Commune Where Residents Live.2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Collection, Transport And Management (In Accordance With The Waste Management Hierarchy) Of Municipal Waste In A Manner Ensuring The Achievement Of Appropriate Levels Of Preparation And Recycling Of Municipal Waste And Limiting The Mass Of Biodegradable Municipal Waste Sent To Landfill, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 399), And The Currently Applicable Implementing Acts To The Above Act, The Provisions Of The Provincial Waste Management Plan For The Lublin Voivodeship And The Regulations For Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Force During The Term Of The Contract. Order In The Ruda-Huta Commune, And In Particular: 1) Collection, Transport And Management Of Municipal Waste Regardless Of The Weather Conditions From Any Place From Residential Properties Located In The Ruda-Huta Commune; 3) Collection, Transport And Management Of Waste Indicated By The Ordering Party Municipal Waste Delivered By Residents Of The Ruda-Huta Commune To The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (Hereinafter Referred To As Pszok) On The Day Of Its Opening. Pszok Is Located In Ruda-Huta, Ul. Targowa.4) For The Duration Of This Order, The Contractor Will Equip The Properties Located In The Ruda-Huta Commune, Where Residents Live (According To A Detailed List Of Properties Provided By The Ordering Party On The Day Of Signing The Contract), With Containers, Bags And Containers. The List Will Indicate The Address Of The Property And Whether The Owner Has Declared That Bio-Waste Will Be Managed In Its Own Composter.3.
