The Contractor Undertakes To: 1) Proper And Aesthetically Appropriate Maintenance Of Urban Greenery In The City Areas Marked In Annex No. 1 To The Agreement, Consisting In: A) Planting, Caring For Flowers And Fertilizing, B) Replenishing Soil In The Areas Covered With Plantings, C) Caring For Trees, Shrubs And Perennials, D) Planting And Caring For Flowers In Pots And Lawns, E) In The Absence Of Rainfall - Watering Plantings And Lawns With The Frequency And In Amounts Necessary To Maintain Their Proper Condition, F) Mowing Lawns Frequently And At Regular Intervals Throughout The Maintenance Period, So That The Height Of The Grass Before The Next Mowing Does Not Exceed 7-9 Cm And Removal Of Mown Grass, G) Removing Weeds From Lawns With Selective Herbicides, H) Removing Branches And Withered Or Withering Plants, I) Using Appropriate Spraying In The Event Of Plant Diseases, J) Mineral Fertilization Of Lawns In The Following Annual Doses: - Nitrogen (N) - 1.0 - 1.5 Kg Per 100 M2 Of Lawn, - Phosphorus (P) - 0.9 - 1.0 Kg P205 Per 100 M2 Of Lawn, - Potassium (K ) - 0.8 - 1.0 Kg K20 Per 100 M2, K) Raking Lawns In Spring And Autumn, L) Maintaining The Cleanliness Of The Water Table Of Ponds Located At The Zamczysko Promenade, And Maintaining The Areas Adjacent To Them. 2) Maintaining The Oak Tree At Plac Jana Paul Ii, Which Should Be Done By Fertilizing The Grass Surface Using Fertilizers Of Natural Origin, Such As Chicken Manure Granules (With A Larger Dose Of Nitrogen) And Cattle Manure. To Improve The Soil Structure, It Is Advisable To Use Soil Conditioners, E.G. Terra Biosa. Fertilization Of Deeper Layers Of The Soil Should Be Used Very Carefully With Fertilizers Dissolved In Water (Ferdigation). In The First Half Of The Growing Season, Fertilizers With A Nitrogen Content Of Approximately 20% Should Be Used. In The Second One, With Minimal Content. The Amount Of Fertilizers Intended For The Tree Should Be ¼ Less Than Recommended For The Area. Fertilization Should Be Completed By Pouring The Surface In Order To Rinse The Fertilizer Into Deeper Layers. 3) Mowing The Areas Listed In Annex No. 2 To The Contract Once And Twice With A Rotary Mower. 4) Mowing The Areas Listed In Annex No. 3 To The Contract Six Times. 5) Cleaning The Internal Walls Of The Tank Water - A Fountain Located On Pl. John Paul Ii Every Time The Water Is Changed.3. With Respect To The Areas Covered By Appendices No. 1, 2, 3 To The Agreement, The Contractor Is Obliged To Constantly And Regularly Clean The Green Areas Of Accumulated Waste (Papers, Leaves, Various Types Of Packaging, Bottles, Fallen Tree Branches And Others) Throughout The Duration Of The Agreement.
